Description of Work: Foam roof: power-washed approx. 1200sq ft of roof. Broke and refilled air bubbles & cracks, refilled said bubbles and cracks and repainted roof w/ reflective paint. |Workers professional, and appeared competent. Cleaned up all trash post work.Only ? why it too Manual 2 weeks to get back after first quote with the actual written quote. Would have hired a cheaper one but none of them appeared to know what they were doing as well as Manual nor were they capable of how and what instruments were used and the efforts to protect my solar panels from damage which manual performed a complete exam of the panels and then stated how he would have his employees protect the wiring and panels from damage. The employees were appropriately attired, professional, and did an excellent job punctuality and cleaning up. |I would definitely hire them again. You get what you pay for!

Description of Work: After a heavy rain, there was an area in our bathroom ceiling/wall that was leaking. I did research on Angies List and came across German Roofing. They came out, inspected the area, gave me a bid and came back a few days later and did the repair. I didn't even get other bids or appraisals, that's how confident I was in German Roofing. I will most definitely use them again!!!

Description of Work: The roofer arrived on time after scheduling his appointment. He explained what he would do which included examining the roof for damage or needed repairs. He spent about an hour on the job. When he finished he gave me a report of his examination, i.e., checked roof, straightened a few tiles, sealed some vent pipes, etc. He then told me there was a potential trouble area in one valley and he would get back to me with a bid to eliminate the problem. I received his bid a couple of weeks later. We have not acted on the bid. I was quite satisfied with what he did.

Description of Work: I had a rather unusual water leak beneath as well as at the edge of a short (8 ft.) span of my bottom row of shingles. I asked the roofer (correction, salesman) if he would seal the edges with foam or caulking compound, which I provided. He told me they never use such. But he offered to return and replace approximately 12 of my shingles (30-year shingles, 11 years old) for something over $350. I politely declined. Later I hired a local handyman for $35 to caulk the few troublesome edges. He returned a week later to test it under high pressure water hose. Leak fixed!

Description of Work: German roofing was very responsive, both for coming out initially to prepare their bid and then most expeditiously for doing the work. We were concerned about the possibility for further damage and German made an extra effort on our behalf to come out and complete the repairs on Saturday, just a day after our responding to their bid. They made an extra effort to be responsive since their original schedule had them coming to do the work the following week. This proved extremely fortunate since immediately after completing their work we experienced a heavy rain storm. The repairs held up perfectly. We are very thankful and appreciative for the work German roofing did for us and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Called and spoke with Manuel and arranged for him to come to my house at 1 PM for an estimate. By 1:45 , Manuel never showed or bothered to call. I know people run late, but a call would have shown that he was professional. And I firmly believe, if someone isn't professional before you give them your money, there is an extremely good chance they won't be after.

Description of Work: Several weeks after German Roofing replaced my entire roof, I noticed a tile had popped up; I called German Roofing to ask that it be looked at before the monsoon rains began. I received prompt replies and quick service with the tile being reset immediately.

Description of Work: Manuel came and inspected my roof on a Sunday and submitted a very reasonable estimate. Manuel and his employees installed a new skylight and sealed cracks around the fireplace and other roof areas. They were very professional and performed excellent work. I would used Manuel and his employees again.
