everything went well and Mr Garrett made it all easy

I purchased a brand new house and needed plumbing for gas in the laundry room. He was honest and affordable. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone.

Very smoothly, as usual. I have called on Dave Garrett many times in the past, and he has always been cheerful, fair, professional, and responsive. When I called him to explain the problem, he asked me when was a good time, we decided on a time that worked for both of us the next day, and he arrived right when he said he would. He fixed the problem in short order, showed me how to fix it if it happened again, and off he went within about a half-hour.

Excellent - he will continue to be my go-to person for any plumbing issues, which (knock on wood) have not cropped up recently. Dave is a very nice guy to boot - good sense of humor and very trustworthy.

On Sunday night (May 20), at approx. 5:30, I walked into my bathroom and stepped into a large and growing pool of water. I was leaving early the next morning for a 3-day, out-of-town conference. Instead of canceling outright, I decided to call Dave Garrett to see if he could come out soon. He quickly agreed to come out right away and said he'd be there at around 6:30; he got there at around 6:00. He pulled back the shower curtain to reveal a bathtub half-filled with somewhat unpleasant-looking water. He went outside, took off the top of the sewer line, water poured out, the bathtub drained, etc. He then spent the next 2.5 hours, more or less, trying to find the cause. He repeatedly came up on a block about 30' out, which he could not get past. He then recommended I call another company that had more specialized equipment, including a camera, and that was fine with me. He left things in such a way that I didn't need to worry about additional flooding and so could attend the conference. (I was indeed able to keep most of my worry in check because I had great faith in his diagnosis and work.) When I returned, the bathroom was dry, and just as I had left it. I called the group he recommended, and they came out on Thursday. I first had occasion to ask Dave for plumbing assistance several years ago, when I got his name from my home warranty group. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of his work, his professionalism, and his manner (cheerful, courteous, and helpful). I highly recommend him to anyone who has need of a plumber.

They are always very helpful and honest. I always get good work.

He was much less than the other companies I contacted and a nice guy.
