I kept calling Cox Communications with my various problems with my internet, email, phone and printer?they offered few solutions until today when they came out and said the problem was my computer. I called various computer repair companies and people, but none worked with Apple. Finally, someone recommended Rick. I called him around 7:30pm. He was out with his wife, but he called me back as soon as he got home and remotely determined some problems with my system and came to my house to fix everything. My house is finally well-connected, thanks to Rick. In a few hours, he resolved problems that have been plaguing me for months! Rick's fees are very fair; he's the greatest. Besides being highly competent, he is also very pleasant. I will definitely call him for any future needs and would recommend him to my best friends. He is the BEST!

I had done a clean install of Windows7 on my computer, and in the process of doing this had deleted, or corrupted, all my drivers and adapters. Rick talked me through the process of downloading files on another computer, transferring these files to the current computer, and getting everything working again so that I could connect to the internet. This took about 30 minutes. Rick Hill has years of experience and solved my problem quickly and inexpensively. I will certainly call him when I need more computer work done (and I will certainly mess up things again).

I downloaded a serious Virus inadvertently on my new PC last week. Needless to say I was extremely anxious as I had just spent a lot of money and time in setting up my new home desktop system. But I had previously used Rick to help install and setup my new PC a month earlier. Since I already knew his extraordinary technical skill level, I knew right where to go. Once again Rick worked his magic through remote access to my PC and he removed the Virus in just minutes. His charge was extremely reasonable and his customer service is always "second to none". This guy can do it all when it comes to PC's, regardless of operating system or type, IBM or MAC systems. His skill is second only to the service he delivers. And expect little extras that he often throws into the job. IE. He installed a free Windows Cleaner program for me when he did my turnkey system install. If you decide to use Rick, I guarantee that you will not be disappointed! Happy in Chandler!!

While repairing his speedometer, we exchanged professional business details, and basic personal background information. I was impressed with his knowledge of computers, as well as his easy going personality. During our conversation I mentioned to him a problem my wife was having with her software. He spent a few hours working on her computer, while I continued the repairs on his vehicle. When completed, he refused to accept any payment for the time spent even though my wife's computer was now repaired and the programs restored and functioning as desired. He even upgraded one of the programs which had not been a problem, however, an updated version was available (an unexpected surprise for my wife, and she is very appreciative). . Rick was not given any advance notice of my computer repair needs, however, he didn't mind at all making the repairs at that moment. A business practice that is admirable since it is the busy holiday season. Not only was he professional, and knowledgeable about both computer software and hardware; it is also obvious that he enjoys his work! I have four children (all of them have computers), and I run my business on my own laptop. Rick Hill is definitely a valuable resource that I will not hesitate to use again.
