 + -1 moreFerguson came out the other day to fix the 1 of 2 A/C units......New circuit board was replaced. Very prompt, right up front w/ what the problem was and fixed in a timely manner. Today 4 A/C-Heat vents replaced.....Again very prompt and they knew exactly what they were doing........Did not scratch new vents......The owner was also here w/ the tech guy. So impressed by their work,that we will now be using them again to replace all the vents......It looks so much nicer.......And being addressed "Sir" by the tech guy was so polite.When is the last time you were treated w/ respect from repairmen in this town? I will use them again w/o a doubt.!
Description of Work: Several days ago they fixed 1 of 2 A/C units at the home......Today replaced old A/C-Heat vents. Only 4. Replacing all in a few months.

 + -1 moreThese guys showed up on time (in fact, a few minutes early), and performed the work quickly and professionally. They had my old heat pump and air handler removed, and the new units installed in about 5 hrs. Very friendly and helpful with the whole process, from the initial visit and quote, to the finished product.
Description of Work: Replaced our heat pump system.
