STOPPED INTO FANSPLUS IN MESA .THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF FANS TO CHOOSE FROM . SALES PEOPLE YOUR VERY PROFFESSTIONAL AND HELPFULL. WE PURCHASED 6 FANS AND SETUP A DATE TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED. INSTALLER CALLED 2 DAYS AHEAD OF TIME TO VERYIFY TIME AND DATE. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN A PROFFESSAL MANOR .WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THE INSTALLATION BY BOTH TRADES PEOPLE WAS NOT GOOD, AND THE COMPANY PERSONNEL HAD TO BE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO INSTALL CORRECTLY. THE FIRST FAN MADE LOTS OF NOISE. I FINALLY HIRED SOMEONE ELSE TO CORRECT THE HEIGHT, WHICH SOLVED MOST OF THE PROBLEM. ALSO, THE SECOND FAN WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH A LIGHT KIT. IT WAS BROKEN AND THEY WANTED ME TO ACCEPT IT, WHICH I DID NOT. I USED VISA TO FORCE THE ISSUE. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS AND MUCH CONSTERNATION ON MY PART, THEY AGREED TO REFUND THE MONEY FOR THE LIGHT KIT I NEVER RECEIVED.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT (LIGHTING, FLOORING OR APPLIANCES) OR SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY HAVE USED MY MONEY FOR A PRODUCT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I HAVE CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY DO NOT RETURN MY CALLS. I WOULD DEARLY LOVE TO GET THE WORD OUT TO ARIZONA THAT THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!
Description of Work: I PURCHASED TWO CASA BLANCA FANS FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAD PROBLEMS WITH NOISE WITH ONE OF THEM. THEY DID SEND ONE REPRESENTATIVE WHO CLAIMS HE COULD NOT HEAR THE NOISE ALTHOUGH I HAD AN ANOTHER PERSON THERE WHO HEARD THE NOISE. I CALLED CASA BLANCA AND THEY SENT OUT ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN WHO CONFIRMED THE NOISE. HE TOOK THE FAN DOWN AND I RETURNED IT TO FANS PLUS AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK, SAYING IT WAS SPECIAL ORDER. THEY DID NOT INFORM ME DURING THE SALE THAT I COULD NOT RETURN THIS FAN TO THEM. CASA BLANCA HAD A WARRANTY, BUT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE POSTAGE. IN ADDITION, THEY HAD NOT INSTALLED MY LIGHT KIT ON THE SECOND FAN. WHEN I RETURNED THE FAN, I ASKED ABOUT THE LIGHT KIT AND THEY FORCED A VERY BADLY DAMAGED BOX IN MY FACE AND SAID, HERE SIGN FOR IT. I OPENED IT FOUND THE SHADE BROKEN. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT (ORDERED IN AUGUST/IT IS NOW NOV). THEY AGAIN WOULD NOT GIVE ME CREDIT AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE A LIGHT KIT. I CALL THEM REGULARLY/NO RESP
