+ -1 moreI'VE COMMENTED ON EXPERT TILE BEFORE; IN FACT, I AM THE ONE WHO INITIALLY PUT EXPERT TILE ON YOUR LIST. HOWEVER, NOW I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT HE DOES NOT RETURN MY CALLS, ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAD MORE WORK FOR HIM.
Description of Work: LAST YEAR, EXPERT TILE LAID A TRAVERTINE FLOOR THAT I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH. HOWEVER, AFTER 6 MONTHS, THERE WERE SOME CRACKS AND GROUTING ISSUES AND WHEN I TRIED MANY TIMES TO REACH STEVE, THE OWNER, HE WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALL.

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS A TOUGH JOB AND I CAN SOMETIMES BE A TOUGH CUSTOMER. THEY WERE THERE FOR THREE AND A HALF WEEKS DOING THE WORK. THE WORKERS WERE ALWAYS NICE AND FRIENDLY. SOMETIMES I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH A TILE AND THEY REPLACED IT WITHOUT AN ISSUE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY FRIENDS. THE OWNER, STEVE, ALWAYS MAKES IT RIGHT NO MATTER WHAT THE ISSUE MIGHT BE. VERY HONEST AND HIGH INTEGRITY. EASY TO WORK WITH.
Description of Work: INSTALLED 1900 SQUARE FEET OF TILE IN MY HOUSE.
