Description of Work: They recovered an arm rest on a Toyota Avalon. The color of the material did not match the original leather color of the seats and interior of the car. It was more or less close in color but clearly a different color. I am pretty particular and my wife thought it was great, but I notice and there should really not be a variance. Didn't cost that much - $200 - but I thing the color match should have been better.

Customer apparently has us confused with another company. We don't generally do automotive upholstery, other than occasional minor repairs. We have no record of having done any business with this customer and certainly nothing that was completed on the date indicated in his review.
