It was difficult to decide not to hire him, but we went with another contractor who was similarly pleasing during the estimate process.

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience from start to finish. Getting in touch was easy, they responded right away, and they seem to have done a good job with the repairs. I can't grade the price since the roof was still under warranty from the previous owners of the house, however.

Description of Work: |We worked with Elite Custom Builders on mobile home relocation to Casa Grande. Elite took care of all the details for us. They handled the permits, dismantling the two halves of the unit, bracing each one. Once at the new location they mated the halves and leveled then anchored the home. It was nice to work with someone that knew a lot about mobiles. Elite's crew was professional and courteous. |

+ -1 moreI had Silverback Roofing strip and re-shingle a small residence in Casa Grande about a year ago. It all went very well. They were there at eight a.m. just as they said they would be. The guys did a great job on the roof and a really good job on clean up too. In the spring Silverback put a TPO coating on a commercial building for us in Mesa. It was a longer install for the TPO material but they still finished on schedule. Once again they did a really good job on clean up as well. We really have not had a problem or complaint with these guys, they do good work.
Description of Work: Re-roof one residence and one small office building.
