+ -1 moreI called Kelly in the morning to get a quoted his service charge for replacing our broken garbage disposal. He gave me his quote and recommended a type of garbage disposal to purchase. Since he has performed some plumbing work years ago and I did not have any issues with him I quickly decided to hire him. After I purchased the item, I called him and he accommodated my request to install the unit in the afternoon. He showed up on time, located the reverse osmosis tank that was getting in the way, removed the failing unit, and installed a new one. He tested the unit, then checked for any water leakage before the work was complete. He was very efficient, professional, yet friendly. Additionally, he did us a favor and tightenedthe reverse osmosis faucet at no extra charge. This was a totally painless and pleasant experience for an unexpected plumbing work.
Description of Work: Replaced a garbage disposal.

Description of Work: I had issues with my water heater and warranty and fixed it. I also had him fix some leaky faucets and hose bibs.

+ -1 moreI have used them twice once to open up the closet to my septic tank. The second was to install a two-way cleanout along the septic system. They guy is a very efficient worker. He really knows and understands what he is doing. He gets in and does the job and gets out.
Description of Work: I used the services of Drain Surgeon for plumbing services. I last used them in November 2011.

+ -1 moreThe experience with them was very good. I have used them for about 15 years and I am pretty happy with them. I like their efficiency, timeliness and he shows up when he says he is going to show up. He knows what he is doing and has reasonable rates.
