Great job done by Mike who is reasonably priced and fixed the problem quickly with good communications.

They were prompt, professional and fair prices. Their work came with a two year warranty against water penetration where their work was performed.

Honest, took pictures showed me where the damage was...we scheduled a day and time and he and his crew were there the day of the time he said he would be there and repaired the broken/loose tiles and made a couple of recommendations. I appreciate his insights on trimming the tree to keep it from damaging the tiles..

Honest, listened to my concerns and went about diagnosing and fixing the problems for much less than I had anticipated.

They came to check the problem quickly & gave a very competitive quote, with pictures of what was needed to be fixed & explained why. Given their busy schedule it took them some time to schedule the work, their team did everything as per plan & showed me pictures of the repairs. Excellent job, very professional team, would definitely recommend for any roofing work. What I liked best was that Mike didnâ t try to upswell me for replacing the underlying layer, he gave the pros and cons of both options and let me decide what I wanted.

Very pleased with repair of my tile roof - an aging roof that other companies were only interested in replacing completely which I could not afford right now. Mike was the only one who was sympathetic to my problem and focused on the repair end of it. The other companies focused on the replacement and seemed disinterested in repair and only would repair at a very high price compared to Mike and Done Right.
