Initially Mike came to look at what I needed done. He was on time, friendly but most important he was knowledgeable. We agreed to what needed to be done, the cost and a timeframe. Later he texted me to let me know they would be able to come sooner than the date we initially agreed on (which was great). Walt (his business partner) and his crew showed up on time and took care of the issues. They were great to work with and I would wholeheartedly recommended them.

They were very professional the work was done in the allotted time they told me and they cleaned up every evening. I had a tube skylight and the inner workings were plastic that cracked, they replaced it with a much better system at no extra charge.

Mike was a professional. Came out to my home twice before the kid. He was the only person to actually go up onto the roof to insect the damage. Very reasonably priced. The crew was great.

We had a leak in our roof. They came out right away and gave us an estimate. They showed pictures of the problem areas. They were able to schedule the repair right away. They showed me pictures of the repairs. Price was reasonable and no changes from estimate. The real test is going to be the next big rain.

From my first meeting with Mike Butterfield, who climbed up on the roof and assessed the issues himself and notified me of a clogged dryer vent at the same time, which I was able to get fixed the next day, to when the crew showed up ON TIME and got the job done quickly and correctly, the experience we had with DONE RIGHT ROOFING was honestly remarkable.
