The job was to repair minor storm damage to a 5 year old re-roof. The response for an estimate was prompt and curtious; however, there was no explaination or cost for the itemized scope of work for the proposed bid (sent electronically). It's always a good habit to have a follow-up call and ask questions. The questions were answered curtiously and professionally. It was clear that labor is the biggest cost, but there was no estimate provided. The 3 man crew worked very efficiently (2 experienced; 1 apprentice). I find in all trades the main goal is to get the job done fast, lending to a lax attitude toward detailed cleanliness and property damage concerns. These attitudes were minimized by this crew (maybe because I watched the job the whole time). I fell I am a knowledgable and critical person, and I was satisfied with the work.

Company was early for each appointment. Work was completed very quickly and they cleaned-up, I couldn't even tell they had been here. Price might be a little high, but I had no comparison.

Not sure on the quality, because I cannot physically check the roof tiles that were replaced. He quoted 300 and charged 325, so he wasn’t off by much. Still seemed a little bit pricey however I have no knowledge on roof repair costs in the Phoenix area. Overall, I’m happy with their service.

Mike came out and gave a very reasonable quote for the required work. They were much cheaper than other quotes I received. My roof tiles were no longer in production and they took the time to find replacement tiles that would work. The whole experience was very informal which may be troubling to some, but the work was done quickly at the quoted price. I would recommend done right roofing to any of my family and friends. These guys treat their customers right.

I couldn't have asked for a better roofing contractor! I had 9 different roofing contractors out to give me estimates. When Walt and Mike came out, I had a feeling these were the guys -- straight-shooters with integrity that didn't give me a 'fluffed-up' estimate. Their estimate was well below all others -- you may be thinking, "you get what you pay for". Well, NOT THESE GUYS. Quality and honest work. I highly recommend for any roofing job!

Initially I thought I had a roof leak but as it turned out the AC was leaking in the attic. The folks that came out were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They determined the problem quickly and gave me advice on what to do going forward.
