Two dozen images were provided to easily illustrate the need for repair to the homeowner on the ground. 2. The crew was hard working, tight scheduled, respectful of adjacent materials and property, overseen by an experienced crew leader the entire time, and left without a residual speck on the property. A dozen images were provided to show the completed quality work. 4. The job was completed exactly to our satisfaction, including our custom requests. We paid by check taking advantage of the 3% cash discount - exactly as quoted. 5. The PAID invoice came immediately afterward, providing us the documentation for any insurance reimbursement. These guys are true professionals! They call you back quickly to arrange visits. They arrive at the appointed time, carefully and thoroughly assess the job, and within a few hours provide you with a detailed written bid. They worked almost 10 hours in 110 degree heat in Mesa removing an old solar panel from the roof and completely sealing up the damaged roof. They carefully cleaned up all debris from roof and yard, and when a major microburst hit two hours later, we were buttoned up tight. Great Job by a great company!

Very reasonable price for the work completed. They even took care of some roof issues I did not know existed until they told me. Very Professional. I was very pleased with their work. So I will definitely hire them again.

I requested a bid from two companies. Done Right quoted me $1,250 and the other guys quoted me $600. I went with Done Right because Mike and his team were transparent and thorough. Mike went over my entire roof, took pictures, then took the time to go over every single picture with me and explain exactly what they needed to do. He told me which things were "Fix ASAP" vs "Fix soon" and even a couple "Good idea" items. He was absolutely not pushy at all. Not once did "New Roof" come out of his mouth. The other guys? Their quote included a second quote in case we wanted a new roof.... it was clear Mike was here to do exactly what we hired him to do: Fix our tile roof before it became a major issue. His crew showed up on time, did the work as requested, and cleaned up 100% of their mess. Their office followed up the next day and everything went smoothly. If I need roof repairs again, I wont hesitate to reach out to Mike and team at Done Right.

Friendly, Efficient, knowledgeable, came when they said they would, put down tarps to catch any trash that got over the roof edge (dust mainly), cleaned up after themselves and carried away all their waste, stuck to their contract and charged just what was estimated, and warrant their work.

Using a company that can evaluate a problem without any guess work. Company owner came out and assessed the problem right away told me exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem. Told me the price of the job on site. Crew showed up on time completed the job and all involved were very professional and had pictures of all work performed.I would highly recommend this company to any one that is in need of any tile roof repairs.

Mike called me after I submitted a request for providers, even on a Sunday when I knew the business would be closed. I can't rate the quality simply because I wasn't on the roof to watch him glue tiles down. However, overall I am very pleased and would recommend DRR again!
