Received a very fair estimate. Scheduling was very easy once I made my choice to use DRR. They were on time and got right to work. Very impressed in how well they worked together to get the job done. When done they cleaned up everything. would definitely recommend DRR to others for roof repairs.

The work was completed on time and at the price that was quoted. They cleaned up the work area and even cleaned the paint brush I provided for them to paint with. Mike came out and gave us a quote on fixing the roof where tiles fell off the edge of the roof. He took pictures for missing tiles and of the rotten wood on eve of the house. Mike gave us a date and his crew was very punctual on that date. The repair was more extream then he expected once tiles were removed. Walt took pictures and explained that more should be removed because there was more rotting wood found after tiles were removed, but it was totally my decision to fix it now or later. I chose to fix it now. They did a great job in a very timely manner. I would use them again. Very pleasant and curtious company to do business with

Missed the original appointment due to an earlier job taking longer than planned so they came out on Christmas Eve, in the rain, to complete our repair. Appreciate the excellent service.

My roof leak came at a horrible time for me... busy with surgery, holidays and family issues. One call to done right and they bid, scheduled and repaired all on time within two weeks. I did not have to follow up with date issues, no shows or lates. I had asked for a few photos also to see the issues the roof was having not only where the taken but explained... again this was completed with out me having to remind anyone. What a pleasure having work done with them.
