+ -1 moreNot a good company. I told them not to call me again and still that owner calling me to continue service. Pick the pool company that has high rating.
Description of Work: This is a bad company, we had storm and the pool was dirty. The service was signed before the storm. they showed up after the storm. IT turn to be green, They send a guy that I did not see and left me a note the pool is all good. All test was good, my pool is green. My son wants to swim in the pool according to that dishonest doctor pool report. I completely denied my son request. I took sample to pool supply store and they confirm the water needs 12 gallon of cholrine to be cleaned. I did buy the chlorine and the pool turn blue. They are not good, donot use them.

+ -1 moreVery difficult to contact, didn't respond to voice messages or pick up phone. Finally when got first appointment they took care of it and said they had new employee in office and repair person just quit a few days before. We accepted this, so when I tried to get them to come back as filter system still not working properly, it took all day to get appointment finalized. Then on appointment day no one called, so at 10 am I called to find out they don't service pools on that day. This is several months after first appointment fiasco, so their problems with staff should not be an issue. I gave up and found another provider.
