Description of Work: The service was to be a year long contract where they would come regularly/quarterly and then be on call as te need arose. They did not come regularly as per the agreement but did come when called.

+ -1 moreBoth Bill and Gary seemed to really care about their customers. They were on time and very friendly and professional.We're new to the area and had never had to use a pest control company, so we weren't sure what to expect. After calling a number of companies to look at a potential bee problem, Desert Castle was the only one that went out of their way to come to our home the same day I called. Bill was the one that came to our home because we had a swarm of bees on our patio. They listened to my worries and explained to me what had happened. Bill called when he was on his way and arrived at the agreed on time. Before Bill arrived, the bees apparently left and no services were needed, but Bill inspected the area to make sure no bees remained and I wasn't charged at all. Bill eased my fears and that was priceless to me. The second time we used Desert Castle, we used them for pest control in our home and yard. Gary arrived when he said he would and was very professional and friendly. He took my concerns serious and explained about what was going on and what type of pests we had. He sprayed outside around all doors, garage and yard. We also had our home sprayed this time as well. The cost was very reasonable and we will have Desert Castle return once a month from now on. We will continue to use them for our pest control needs.
Description of Work: Had them come out to remove a swarm of bees from our patio and later had them back to spray the yard and house perimeter for bugs. We had a lot of crickets and some spiders and root borer beetles. They came an inspected our patio for bees and sprayed the yard for pests on another visit.

Description of Work: He comes once a month to perform pest control. He sprays around the outside of the house and brushes down spiderwebs from high places.
