We have been living in our house for a year through Denali. So far everything has been great. They are very accommodating and understanding. Everything I have reached out about, they have been able to address it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Denali if you are looking for housing.

Denali has been nothing less than amazing for the last 5 years I've been renting from them. They always answer their phones. They have a very convenient portal for convenient payments, a place where you can contact them after hours if you need maintenance on your rental (or no emergency questions) . Any maintenance that I received was done extremely fast and they have always been considerate of my time. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone that is trying to rent without stress.

When property issues arise they're prompt in taking care of the matter. Also with personal matters, they are understanding, lenient and never demeaning. I've rented 3 different homes from Denali and have nothing but great things to say about them. If something needs to get taken care of with the house, they get it done ASAP, including replacing an A/C unit mid-summer. I've had some very odd situations that have forced me to relocate and they always went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Mike and his team know what they're doing.

Excellent Service they provide to their clients; when they took over the management of my properties it was 50% rented out, and within a year they got my property fully rented out. We are talking about 69 properties that I have for them to manage .
