Instead of being $200, it ended up being $700. He said that it had been so long since it had been cleaned and none of it was true. So I finally said, "Put the lid on it and just leave." He said, "Well, it will cost you $500 if I do that." I said, "Well, just leave it open, I'll have my yard man to put the lid on." They did a dirty job. They quoted me, on the phone, that it would be less than $200. They get out here and he wanted to plough my backyard. I said, "No, I don't want my backyard ploughed up. I live here alone and I can't redo that backyard." There is not that much sludge, it's just me, living here by myself. But, that was what I got into, just trying to keep everything in order. The copy of the bill had all these questions, "Did he take his shoes off when he came in the house? Did he do this," and others. He had all those already answered, that I was supposed to answer. Of course you don't notice all that stuff until they're gone. I just don't want them here no more. He was rude. When he gave me the bill, he had charged me $25 for the gas to get out here. How creepy is that?

Inspected the system. They are respectful, and did great work. They were very nice. A lot of these service people try to upcharge, but they did not.
