David Reid Heating & Cooling

Whenever the heat came on, especially at night, there was a whirring sound loud enough to keep me awake. David was recommended to me by my sister-in-law who was pleased with the work he did for them the previous week. David arrived on time, calling first. He listened for the whirring sound first inside the house. Of course it was not to be heard. He suspected that it might have something to do with the drop in temperature at night. He then went on the roof and checked the heat pump, the gauges, turning the heat on and off. finally, he loosened the compression bolts and explained to me why he had done that. Whatever he did, it worked because no more loud whirring noise. There's just a gentle hum. More often than not, I can't even hear it. i would recommend David Reid to anyone who needs an inspection or a repair. He is licensed and bonded.
