They called right away and came out the following Monday. William assessed the situation with sensitivity to our issues, and explained the plan to reduce an infestation of pack rats in the carport. He delivered the service starting right away, checked every day, and followed up as described. We appreciated that he is a wildlife biologist with appreciation for the native species living in our desert environment.
