Dany Romero Painting & More llc

Dany worked very well with us, and we were very happy with the quality of the work. He was MUCH less expensive than the other contractors we contacted, and much more responsive. He kept me up to date on progress with texts. We anticipate making substantial improvements to our kitchen and bath when we sell our old place, and I suspect we'll be contacting Dany for that as well. It's great to get someone we can trust with a variety of repair and improvement projects.

Showing our house to sell, and told Dany we needed painting done in our master bedroom, including the new drywalled ceiling......He got me scheduled in, his workers were punctual, and did a fantastic job making both the walls and ceiling look excellent......

He went above and beyond (had to remove toilet to get to wall) and did what was necessary to complete the job. He was friendly and professional.

He beat several other contractors on price. He was able to schedule the job for the next week. His crew arrived on time and completed the job in a day and a half. He was very thorough and went above and beyond what we agreed that he would paint and did touchups on the spot. He cleaned everything up well and returned items and furniture to their original locations that he had to move in order to paint. He went out of his way to please us and succeeded. He was a pleasure to work with.

Dany and his team did did an amazing job! Each night at the end of their day they cleaned up and neatly put away all the tools and supplies. The quality of the actual paint job was superior to anything I have ever had done before. They seemed to take the time and attention to detail that anyone doing their own painting would take. They completed the job and left my house cleaner than it was when they started. Definitely recommend this company!!!!!!

This was the second time that we hired Dany and his team for work at our house. This time they painted the entire exterior of the house, including trims, fences and installed a patio door. The results are absolutely fantastic, and the detailing impeccable. We changed our mind on the color after the first day of painting, and Dany adjusted quickly and easily. His team even applied a faux-finish on all the trims with great professionalism. We one project coming up, and surely will be hiring them for that one.

Excellent! I had plumbing work that required to open up a significant part of my bathroom wall. After the job was completed, it was as if the plumbing issue never happened. Everything was restored to how it was.

Job was scheduled day after request, started following week. As estimated, took 6 days. Crew cleaned up as much as possible each evening before they left. Looks beautiful, and great job keeping paint off plantings & windows!

Dany and his team did a wonderful job all around. They performed all the work before we moved in, and while we were out of state. Everything was done as we requested with great attention to details. With the extensive scope of the project, it is expected to have minor adjustments and touch ups done, and all of them were taken care of in a very timely manner and with great diligence. I could not have asked for a better company to do the work I asked for. My wife and kids were all happy with the work. I am in real-estate and Danny will be getting more work for me. For anyone who is wondering whether they should hire Danny or not, my advise is to have him atleast give you an estimate. Danny is very professional and cordial.

The remodeling of our bedrooms went very well. Danny, who is the owner of the company, delivered what he promised. He would show up on time and leave on time. The team was very professional. I would highly recommend this company to do your next renovation.

The painting itself was very well done, for the most part, which is why I'm leaving Dany Romero Painting largely a positive grade. Painting was done very well, in a timely manner and at a very low price. Those are all probably the most important things. However, there were other aspects that were not so great. The main one is that they were a little careless, especially at the end of the job. They left everything around the house kind of a mess: - Nothing was put back in place after they moved it (planters, ornaments, hoses, and lots of other stuff). - They were careless with some smaller items. For example, they broke the head of a small turtle sculpture, as well as the alarm sign we had outside. Not a huge deal, but unnecessary and also was not communicated. - Some plants were sprayed with paint. Perhaps this is inevitable, but it was more than we would expect. - Paint chips from wall scrapings were not picked up. - Lastly, they were careless generally with the house. For example, they provided stucco services for a small section (outdoor bar) and while the finished product was acceptable, they dumped the cement-y water right on the gravel around the backyard. I can still see it in several areas. We told them about these shortcomings and they did come back eventually to fix those that were fixable and that we hadn't fixed ourselves already. Again, I'm still giving them a very favorable rating of B. But I feel like they could very easily be an A if they provided a more finished service.

It went well. He has the lowest prices that I have found.

The inspector that came afterwards to approve repairs for VA loan said he usually doesn't see all repairs done correct on the first review. He told me that Dany did a very good job. The house will close early. Thank you Dany Romero and your crew.
