Daniel's Clean Up & Hauling

We've used Daniel twice before and were very happy with the outcome, so were happy to bring him back to do the work mentioned above. Daniel and his helper showed up on time. This time we didn't get a separate estimate, we just asked him to come over and do the work. His price may have been a little higher as a result, but he still provided good value and an excellent job. Daniel has always gone above and beyond each time he's done work for us. We will continue to use him and are happy to pay him a fair rate.

Daniel quoted a price on the phone and picked up the sofas as scheduled. He is a very polite, and thorough businessman. His crew (2 men) is polite and neatly dressed. He has a nice truck and trailer. My point is, he isn't some guy in a beat up truck and dirty T-shirt. He is very professional and I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Daniel and his guys were great. They did everything to my satisfaction and made my property look wonderful so we could sell it. Communication was extremely excellent, and his prices were very reasonable. It was a pleasure to have him do our yard work and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This is the second time that I've called Daniel to help out with my back patio/yard, and both times he has been fantastic. In addition to being incredibly friendly, he was great about working around my schedule, arrived on time, and he and his crew did a great job with the work. Daniel had himself and one helper. They were to arrive Tuesday between 8:30 - 9:30 AM. I received a call from Daniel around 9:30 saying he was delayed and would have to reschedule to that afternoon between 1:30PM - 2:00 PM. I appreciated his call letting me know he was delayed. He did show up on time and they worked until 5:30 PM. All work was done professionally and everything was cleaned up and left in excellent condition.The landscape actually looked like nothing had happened after they left. A job well done.

We recently moved into our home. We have a large 18 foot (or taller) retaining wall as our back wall. There was a large vine growing from the bottom of the wall up over the top. We are trying to eliminate scorpions and I became convinced that this vine may harbor some, so I wanted it down. I also wanted the neighbor's fan palm tree trimmed back as it was coming into our yard, and again I don't want any easy way for scorpions to come over. I called Daniel and left a message. He called back within two hours. He made an appointment to come over and see the vine that same day. He arrived promptly. He took a look and the vine and the tree and gave me an estimate. I agreed and he made arrangements to come back the following day. He arrived promptly. He and a coworker removed the vine and I couldn't even tell where it had been coming out of the ground! Then Daniel ended up going over to the neighbors and getting permission to cut the palm tree from their side because he didn't feel like he could do a good enough job from my side of the fence. I really appreciate that attention to detail and pride in their work. When they left, you couldn't even tell they had been there (minus the vine and some palm tree limbs :)).

There were a couple of little hiccups when I tried to schedule a time to have him come out but because of my schedule or his schedule it took a couple of tries to get him out here but it was worth it and there was no fault or misunderstanding about it because Daniel called me every time to let me know where he was at when he thought he'd be at my house etc. He communicated very well and because of that I didn't have to sit and wait at the house for him; I could get out and get my stuff done. He was very professional about it and really a friendly guy. I enjoyed working with Daniel quiet a bit. He did a great job at a great price and he told me where I could take my stuff the next time I felt like trimming a tree (a land fill in the area). That information was worth the $100 alone, being new to the area (for some reason I believed the ladies at the country club...pishaw on that!).

It all really went pretty smoothly. I didn't get Daniel when I first called, but I left a message to call me back. He called back within about 30 minutes. A couple of other yard work folks I had called never even called me back. We set up a time to meet that worked with my work schedule which has been kind of crazy. He called before he was coming over so I knew when to expect him. When he got to my house, he took a quick tour to give me my estimate that included cleaning up the front and back yard as well as hauling away all of the debris from the bathroom I tore out. The price was very reasonable for the work that he was going to do. I had called a handful of places about getting just the debris hauled away, so I had a good idea of how much it would typically cost. He said that normally they would get to work right away, but as I mentioned before, he worked around my odd schedule so didn't start that day. He originally offered to come by in a couple of days to get it all done, but I was really looking to get the work done quickly. He accomodated and offered to do part of it the following day and the rest the day after, which met my timeframe. He showed up the next day as promised, and he was able to get everything all completely done that day instead of having to come back a second day, which was great for me. They left everything very clean and didn't fill up my trash cans like some places had done in the past. My driveway has never looked so clean. Daniel was polite and professional throughout. He was very accomodating as well. We talked briefly when he was finished about having him come out again to spray to prevent the weeds. I will definitely be using him again.

I like to trim my own trees, but have no easy way to haul the debris away, so I gave Daniel's Clean Up and Hauling a try after seeing excellent reviews on Angie's List. Daniel showed up for an estimate on time, was polite and professional. In addition to the tree trimmings, I asked him to rake and remove the leaves that accumulated several inches deep on the side yard, and haul away an old book case, bed frame and other odds and ends. We agreed on $200, which seemed fair given the amount of work to be done (4 to 5 hours, two men), and he was using his own truck and fuel. He removed the debris on the first day, asked for partial payment, and then returned to do the leaves the second day. We paid him 50%, wanting to make sure he would return to finish. He did and did an excellent job, making sure the area was swept and clean. We plan to use his services again next spring.

He did a great job. He was very nice guy, no complaints whatsoever.

The process was great and perfect.

I asked Daniel to do a general yard cleanup and to haul off an old sofa, recliner, screen door and a few other items. He gave an estimate of $315 and asked if he could start that very afternoon and finish the following day. I consented..... he and his helper started immediately, removed a couple of large bushes, trimmed the rest, removed weeds etc. and finished up the next morning. The front and rear yards were left raked and clean, the furniture and other items were hauled away. Good workers! I highly recommend them.

I was very satisfied with them. They did a massive amount of work. They did an amazing job. They were very good. I thought initially the price was high for what they did, but after everything that they did that they included in it, I was very satisfied. They were very responsive. After going through some of the web sites and looking at the pricing and so on, we felt Daniel's was probably more of what we would want.

Daniel was very professional and a delight to deal with. He was courteous over the phone and tried to accommodate my schedule as much as possible. He arrived around the time he said, gave a reasonable estimate and finished the whole job in under an hour. He also included sweeping the garage and driveway! I will definitely use him again!

Daniel was very nice and punctual. He arrived on time and I paid with a check. He provided an invoice for my tax purposes.
