 + -1 moreDisaster, installers broke a high pressure water line in several locations. Left the area a mess with dirt and mud.Leaving the swing set area un-useable. Management siad it was our responsibilty to fix the leaks and clean up their mess. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.
Description of Work: purchased a trampoline and swing set from Dana, paid a premium for professional installation

 + -1 moreWE WENT IN LOOKING FOR A TRAMPOLINE BUT NOT SURE WHAT WE WANTED. THEY HAD A SHOWROOM, WERE VERY HELPFUL AND REASONABLY PRICED. WE UPGRADED TO A LONGER WARRANTY AND HIGHER USAGE FOR OUR NEEDS. THEY EVEN OFFERED DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION IF WE NEEDED IT AND HAD OUR SPECIAL ORDER IN PROMPTLY AND IN SHORT NOTICE FOR CHRISTMAS.
Description of Work: 14 FOOT TRAMPOLINE PURCHASE WITH COVER AND WIDE PADS, UPGRADED FOR BETTER QUALITY.

 + -1 moreWE HAD HEARD GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS. THEY DIDN'T DISAPPOINT! WE PICKED OUT A TRAMPOLINE WITH A SAFETY NETTING AND BUMPER PADS. THEY WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THE FAMILY IS THRILLED WITH THE SERVICE AND PRODUCT.
Description of Work: THEY PROVIDED US WITH A QUALITY TRAMPOLINE. THEY ARE A LOCAL COMPANY WHO MANUFACTURES TRAMPOLINES AND PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT.

 + -1 moreCOMPANY IS PROFESSIONAL, EXPLAINING SAFETY CONCERNS REGARDING EQUIPMENT. ALSO HAD PLAYHOUSES. NEEDED TO MAKE A RETURN - NO PROBLEM. THEY ALSO REPLACED THE PAD WHEN IT WAS WORN. NICE SERVICE, HELPING OUT IN ANY WAY THAT THEY CAN.
