Since 2001 CYC Landscaping has been servicing the Phoenix area. We are a small family owned and operated business that prides ourselves on our quality work and outstanding customer service. We understand that your landscape is a big investment, so we provide you with a low pressure approach to the process. CYC Landscaping is a full service landscape company, specializing in custom landscapes and remodels. We provide our clients with professionalism and expertise from initial contact to completion of your project. We will be in constant communication during your project updating you on the schedule and ensuring that you do not have any questions. At CYC Landscaping we take pride in our work, therefore we believe in educating our staff in all aspects of landscape design and installation. We are active members of APLD (Association of Professional Landscape Designers), ACLA (Arizona Landscape Contractors Association), and ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute). We also have a Master gardener and Certified Arborist on staff. Our award winning, professional designers will create a design that fits your needs, whether you are looking for a place to entertain or an area for your kids and pets to play. With one of the best warranties in the industry you can be sure that we will only use the highest quality materials and trained installers. Using the proper equipment and trained installers ensures that your job is done right the first time and allows us to finish your job in a timely manner. Description of Work: Total new landscape project. Took out grass and went with a desert landscape with lower maintenance. Also, needed the back regraded in order for water to flow towards the the street properly. Installed pavers in back and entire new drip system. The project started a day later than originally stated and ended up taking 2 days longer than stated due to numerous roots in the back. The only issue with taking longer than anticipated was the rock and gravel in the street. They did managed to clean that up prior to the weekend so there was no issues with the city or HOA. There was some miscommunication between the designer, myself and actual team doing the work. Wanted to make sure the grading was taken care of in the back and it required a few phone calls and emails. CYC responded promptly and addressed my issues as best as they could. We found out that the front yard is approx. 12 inches higher than the back. They did the best they could to address this and I feel they did an excellent job. Overall, I really think it looks much better than before and I am happy with how it turned out. I am looking forward to cooler weather so I can enjoy the backyard and hopefully the plants survive until cooler weather.

Description of Work: This service was for an estimate only. I paid $39 believing that I could get a quality detailed broken down estimate. Others provide free estimates, so I expected much more. Estimator was very busy so was hard to get the detail that I wanted and ultimately was not able to get the complete estimate in a form that I could sign. Price was quite high, so I am sure they would do good work. I went elsewhere and paid much less for very acceptable work. Again, my analysis is just for an estimate, not work.

Description of Work: They actually provided me with a landscape plan of trees and scrubs as I requested. Very good suggestions. They gave me the cost of the trees and scrubs and labor but probably will not do this until the fall.

Description of Work: The design provided was good, but the price to do the work seemed very high. Granted we did not get another bid, but for the amount of space needing the work we felt that the price was too high. The design, which is what we bought from Angie's list, we liked.

We use high quality FX LED lighting, there is a 2 year warranty on the installation of the light and a 10 year warranty on the light itself which does cause the price to be higher on each fixture. We are always willing to work our customers on making the design more to their liking, if you want to contact your sales representative he would be happy to go through options with you.
