The team did a better job than the manufacturer "Pulte" my home is only 14 years old and it had multiple small leaks. Original underlayment was the bare minimum with improper installed roof tiles and vent covers. Customer 1st replaced the original underlayment with top quality 50 year underlayment and re-laid the tiles with perfect precision. Before the roof tiles were uneven and now the tiles form a straight line with perfect square corners. The original steel Exhaust Vent Pipe Flashing was flopping in the wind. Customer 1st replaced them all and correctly installed them. Paying for the extra peace of mind of knowing your roof is free from leaks with the 50 year manufacturer's and 10 year contractors warranty makes this project well worth it. No other estimate came close to providing the gurantee/warranty "peace of mind" that Customer 1st provided.

I was extremely satisfied with Tyler and how he answered all of my questions. He was courteous and respectful when I made comments and/or requests. Trusting companies in this day and time is difficult for me but I trust Tyler to keep my roof in outstanding condition. This is my roofing company moving forward.

Tyler replaced 50 roof tiles for me that were broken and also pressure washed my flat portion of the roof. I would recommend them if you need something done to your roof.

Repaired the hole in the roof left by a fallen tree branch. Installed new roofing system on the flat roof portion of my house. One of the workmen reattached a fascia board that was ripped off by a falling limb. This wasn't even part of the job; much appreciated.

Terrible! They set up a time to come out and did not show up. When I called them, they never returned the call and why they did not show up! This was a total waste of my time, for me to wait for them and they did not show up or call me why was very disappointing!

Rain and cold weather caused some delays but Tyler resumed work as appropriate.

Everything went well, and the roof looks fantastic! They did a terrific job, and even took care of a couple of things that were not on the contract, free of charge.

Customer 1st Roofing repaired and sealing the flashing that had risen up around our chimney. I was somewhat hesitant about this job--on the one hand it looked like a small project that someone might not want to take on but on the other I was concerned about someone dishonestly turning it in a big project. I was fortunate to discover Customer First via Angie's List and am very happy to report that neither worry came to pass. The company called me back within about 24 hours of leaving a message and scheduled someone to come out to the house a couple of days later. Tyler, the co-owner, came out and took a quick look at the issue. Indeed it was a small job that he could quickly take care. He also charged me a very reasonable price given the scope of the work. I almost wish I had another project for him since I was so impressed and relieved. So, hopefully, come of the next storm the chimney won't leak! But in any event, I'm glad to recommend Tyler and Customer 1st Roofing as honest roofing professionals.
