Tyler came out to look at a roof leak. He found the location of the leak and did the repair at no cost.

Awesome. Tyler was very professional; did an excellent job; left the roof looking beautiful. I no longer have to do parapet maintenance on an annual basis. What a relief. Happy to have them come back for the next time I need recoating on my foam roof. It was a pleasure working with them.

It went great. Tyler came to the house and checked the roof. Within 30 minutes he identified the problem and gave me options for repairing the leak as well as the other issues found (the roof is 20 years old). Sonja, who runs the "business" side was very accommodating and easy to work with as well. I don't think I've ever worked with a contractor that was easier to deal with. I'd recommend the company without hesitation and when I replace the roof in a few months will go back to them.

The whole experience from start to finish went smoothly. I felt confident in their abilities to fix the problems I had with my old roof that previous companies could not solve. For the first time in 5 years, my back porch roof does not leak during a rainstorm.

Tyler responded very quickly to my call after noticing some water damage on interior walls after a heavy rain. He found a leak in a hidden area under flashing on the flat roof he had resurfaced 2 years ago and patched it up immediately. He showed me an area of the shingled roof where shingles were missing and underlayment was gone right down to the plywood. he came back and replaced the shingled roof promptly and at a very fair price. Clean up was perfect, so that there was no trace of his having been there except for a new roof.

While I was deployed to Afghanistan my roof developed a few leaks. I contacted several roofing companies via their websites, Customer 1st Roofing responded immediately. They coordinated with my tenant to perform an inspection and gave me a thorough estimate for the repairs the same day. Due to my location all interaction was done via email, every email response to my questions was prompt and thorough. Knowing that I couldn't be there to see the work they provided detailed pictures and a daily summary of the work that was done. I am a VERY satisfied customer and would recommend Customer 1st Roofing to anyone.
