Got me in earlier than expected even in a holiday week. When they arrived they were patient and answered all my questions. I will use them again happily as the work seemed thorough.

They called shortly after I made contact and were on site within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem as twofold. The first issue was to reset the thermostat on the water heater. The second issue was to recharge the fluid in the solar panels, which could not be done that day. They returned a couple of days later with what was needed and recharged the solar panel system. They did encounter some issue and spent several hours to fix. They charged a flat rate of $395.00 which I I felt was reasonable for 2 people and the time it took to complete the job.

Fast response took care of replacing my 20+ year old 120 gallon solar water heater. They ordered the water heater on a Monday afternoon had it installed by Thursday morning. It was not easy finding someone just to swap out a water heater that's for solar. Most plumbers shake in their boots when I mention solar, especially only a water heater swap-out.
