Clearco Window & Carpet Cleaning

It was fine. We had to have them come back once, the first time when the windows weren't done well but they were fine with coming back and they did a great job the second time around.

Hastily washed outside windows.  I stressed that one of the reasons I wanted a cleaning service was to get the screens washed.  The screens were brushed on the outside and then a wet rag used to wipe them.  I pointed out that they needed to be done on the inside as well and some of the screens were taken off and the large one in my bedroom was done from the inside.  Water was on the floor where this was being done and it wasn't cleaned up.
I inquired as to whether certain windows had been washed and was told that they were but I pointed out spots that I could scrape off with my thumbnail and so they were redone. 
Workers were really nice but I was sorely disappointed in the job that was done.

Excellent work, they were on time, thorough and professional.  Would surely call them again.

The Owner Josh is beyond The Best of The Best and has the patience of a Saint - I scheduled my appointment at the Very Least ten (10) or more times and due to health challenges (mine) was force to Cancel each Appointment. They called to tell me their last job was bigger then they expected so would be late.  I really appreciated their call.  They arrived at the new time.  They went right to work.  One person cleaned all the inside windows and another took his ladders and went outside.  They were able to reach some really high windows that I wondered if they could.  They did a great job!  I would highly recommend this company.  I also bought a coupon for $100 off the cleaning before they came.  Well worth the price!

Professional and courteous.  Did an OK job.  The right tools were not used for cleaning the arched windows, and this created  residue and streaking. The tool used was  too long for the size of the window The home office did offer to redo them which we appreciated.

Great work, very happy.  Response to my online request was quick and scheduling easily fit into my schedule.   Phoned when they were on their way and arrived on time.  Will definitely use them again.

Windows are not cleaned as well as I expected. The tracks also were not cleaned well. The screens on the arcadia door were not done and I had to ask him to do it. The arcadia door itself was not satisfactory. I had to check on every window as they worked and had them re-do the ones that were still not clean. Nice people but not detailed oriented.

There were additional fees with the Big Deal because we wanted all of the windows done. The end price was probably about $30 in savings. The two gentlemen who came to do the work couldn’t have been nicer! It went very well. They called to let me know when they were coming and they arrived on time. They did a really great job.

They showed up on time and both the office staff and the service staff were professional and friendly.

They were terrific. The first time that they have been out here, we had an impossible low price and then the second time, it was just a bit higher but it was whatever the Angie's List deal was. There was no extra cost the first time. The second time, we were anticipating that it was going to be the same big deal but it was slightly different but for the number of windows that we have, the size of the windows that we have and the corrective action that they took on windows that we thought could have been a little extra cleaner, they were terrific with. We have used them twice and we cannot see us calling anybody else.

This was mostly a good experience.  The two young men called to ask to come early, which was fine.  They finished the job in about 4.5 hours and left our windows cleaner than I have ever seen them.  I will likely use them again.
I mark the Price rating a bit lower only because of a huge difference between the online quote and the adjusted price determined by the guys after walking around the house.  The online quote was $266 based on information I supplied on the site.  Once the crew was here, the price was adjusted to $430.  The major difference was the online quoting app did not ask how many sunscreens I had, only how many were larger than 7 feet.  The actual quote charged extra for every sunscreen.  When I mentioned that, I was told they were still tweaking the quoting tool.
I emphasize, however, that the service was good and I will likely use them again.  I only caution potential users to not form any expectation from the on-line quoting tool.  I would also encourage Clearco to get the quoting tool to ask how many total sunscreens you have.

This company has a very user friendly web site that gives you a very good estimate of the cost of the service.  Once you submit the information about your windows, they were quick to call to schedule an appointment.  The cleaners were polite and did a good job getting all the windows clean.  There are some window cleaners who will not clean two-story houses.  I will be happy to call Clearco again.

We have used this company now for two years. I am planning on using them once again this year as soon as I can get my schedule cleared. My husband who is very particular to say the least about having clean windows hounds me every year to get our windows cleaned by this company. They arrive on time, get right to work, explain exactly where they will start and where they will finish. My house actually has a very fresh smell after they clean. The first time I thought was a bit pricey, however, after much research and due to the fact we have a "house of windows", the price was okay. Last year we used an Angie List coupon and with that coupon I thought it was a great deal.

Excellent job!  Very nice young man pleased to have at my home.

Mike and Jacob were punctual and friendly.  The cleaned all of my windows inside and out and they shine now.  The sun screens had already been removed for repairs, so they did not have to deal with them.  I have some step-ladder windows which raised the price a little, but with the Angie's list coupon the price went down.  The next time they come, I will also have them clean ceiling fans and light fixtures.  The cost was well worth it!

Through no fault of his own, this project took one window cleaner 6 hours. We have had "solar windows" since 1985 - these are actually another set of windows outside the original windows. When new, they used to just slide over, lift up and out, but since it had been a couple of years (OMG) since we struggled to clean them ourselves, they were even harder to get out. The tracks were tight - the windows would not go outward or inward, up or down.  Our window cleaner really worked hard to get them out and that was not part of the deal. So we (he, my husband and I) ended up tearing them all out so he could clean the original windows inside and out.  
At this point, we realized it was probably time for window replacement anyhow.  It's amazing how another layer of windows cuts down the outdoor sounds -- and must have saved us a bunch in electricity costs -- because without the old solars, immediately, I could hear everything outside, the wind rattled the windows and the A/C just kept running...
Anyway, our very nice window cleaning job is turning into an expensive window replacement job.  But at least I know who to call when the new ones are in place and need cleaning!  I was very impressed with the patience, our window cleaner displayed ...and the effort he put into trying to get the windows out without breaking them.  (When WE tried to get the jammed windows out, the air was blue &$*%^! -- and that's when the hammers came out.)  As original owners, this was the first time we decided we could not handle window cleaning ourselves, so it's nice to know ClearCo is reliable and efficient.

They were very professional.  They call to let me know they would be late.  When they arrived, they were very friendly and professional.  My windows hand't been cleaned in about 10 years, so they were very dirty and grimy and they really had to scrub them!  Two guys came out and they spent over 3 hours here.  The difference was incredible!  They are very nice and clean now.  
I will definitely get my windows cleaned more often now!  They look great.

The job went okay.  I didn't find the service representative to be very friendly or professional and he didn't take care to put things back as they were.  It seemed there was an upsell to cleaning the tracks when the description for the service stated cleaning was included.  Apparently, their definition of clean means dusting a brush along the track.

They were prompt and professional. They did a super job.

It went well except I felt like I was charged extra a lot for items which were not included in their Deal.

Don and another removed and re-installed the sunscreens. They cleaned our windows to look like no glass was there: spotless and no streaks. They were prompt and very efficient paying attention to details making windows perfectly clear.
