Description of Work: I had a issue with my water softener. The first company that came out (Parker and Sons ) said it was a leaking resin tank and would not do any work. They wanted me to buy a whole new system. |Clear water came out diagnosed a different issue and fixed it within the hour. |They were great , know their business and they were honest.

No frills, straightforward company! Our expectations were exceeded. Very happy with the results in our water quality, as well as the installation, and service. Great website, that was very informative, and pricing plainly listed.
Description of Work: I called this company because a few of my friends had recommended them. I contacted others as well for estimates. I liked how Clear Water Concepts was very upfront with me about equipment and installation costs. I spoke with the owner, and he was very helpful and made reasonable recommendations. We chose the Sanitech Pro-Line whole house filter and softener. We were very pleased with the outcome, quality, and service. Much more reasonable than other companies we looked at.

The installer showed up on time, was very neat and clean and answered all of our questions.
Description of Work: My husband and I just bought our first house and funds were tight. We researched a few companies and we felt Clear Water Concepts had the best value. We purchased the Sanitech system and Ultima 7 RO. We are very happy with our decision! Matt was very informative and not pushy on selling the system. Compared water softener systems. Selected the Ultima 9100 - made locally in AZ. Clear Water Concepts prices were competitive with other sellers in the area. Matt and his crew were professional and did a thorough job installing the system. The system was making noises after installation and Matt quickly came out and fixed the problem (due to the water pressure setting). Professional, responsive and competitive.

THEY DID AN OK JOB UNTIL I NOTICED AFTER THEY WERE GONE MY WATER TO THE FRIDGE NO LONGER WORKED. IT TOOK US AWHILE TO FIGURE OUT THAT HE HAD TURNED IT OFF BY ACCIDENT, THANKFULLY. I THOUGHT I HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM IN THE HOUSE.
