 + -1 morePaid for a cleanup in October and got set up for monthly visits. In the past 6 plus months they have shown up once, only because I called 3 or 4 times. I called last week and they were supposed to show up the next Tuesday. Again nobody showed up. They do ok work and the price is good but totally unreliable. This month they showed up. Maybe I am now set up on their schedule correctly. They didn't show up again. I guess its time to cancel service.

 + -1 moreCleanscape is a fantastic landscape service. I've used Luis and his crew not only to do the monthly maintenance on our yard but also to fix our irrigation system and do some new planting. I recommend them for your landscape needs. They certainly get my gold star!
Description of Work: Luis, who owns Cleanscape, does our yard every month. They trim all the bushes, clean out the weeds, and rake our granite so the yard looks fresh and beautiful. Luis always answers my calls in a timely manner and addresses any issues with the plants or irrigation system.

 + -1 moreWe have worked with Luis over this year because he is reliable, dependable and good at what he does. Previous experience with other lawn care providers has left us disappointed because their work times were sporadic at best and they often did not even complete the job. Luis does what he says he's going to do. He's trustworthy and conscientious. He provides us with peace of mind because we know our lawn will be taken care of each week. And, on top of it all, he's simply a nice guy to deal with.
Description of Work: Luis and his crew have been taking care of our lawn for the past year. The price listed above reflects the amount paid for a full month in January for services such as mowing the lawn, edging, maintaining the bushes and trees with small amounts of pruning, taking away any excess trimmings, and blowing the leaves and such away from the house. They will also weed if it is necessary. In the past, he has removed trees that died as a result of last Winter's cold temperatures. He and his crew have also done a great job of pruning away whole branches of trees that did not die in the freeze, but lost those particular limbs. As a result, our remaining trees now look beautiful and thriving again. When the time comes, we will work with Luis to plant new trees in place of the ones that died last year.
