CertaPro Painters® of Mesa/Tempe

They communicated superbly, were fastidious in the was they cleaned, masked and painted our house. We have already recommended them to others.

They were on time, did quality work, had foreman on the job for quality control and checked with me on completion that I was happy; AND I WAS! I am using them again on another job.

Work looks great. Did all work as promised. Showed up on time. Did a walk through when done. No payment due until work is complete and you are satisfied.

We are pleased with the service. CertaPro is licensed, bonded and insured which is a plus. We obtained three quotes, CertaPro was one of the three and their quote was the lowest versus two independent painters. We are very satisfied with the results.

It was great but I feel that time was a factor. It probably would have been better to get a quote.

They did a beautiful job. They were top-notch, very professional. They were very dependable, on time, very friendly, stuck to the job and did an excellent job. The price was very good, very fair.

Jon arrived on time and measured for the estimate. His two man team arrived several days later on time and prepared to work. It was scoped as a 3 day job, but it ended up taking another half day. They taped trim, removed curtains some clocks, then covered the floors then went to town painting. The painters were friendly and arrived on time and both put in a full days work. I had the opportunity to chat with the painters a bit and they were both happy working for Jon at CertaPro which I believe led to a better end product. I have no complaints and would recommend CertaPro if asked.

It was a day and a half job. The first day was spent removing the new doors, patching, caulking and priming. The second day was a full day. The doors were spray painted outside and the inside door jambs painted. Touch up painting was performed. At the end of day, they cleaned up most of the plastic, tape, etc. After reviewing the work they did, I asked them to go around touching some spots they messed. They did so without any problem. They left a garbage bag full plastic and some newspaper that was left down. It took about 10 minutes to pickup after they left. Overall, the paint job on the doors turned out really nice! Excellent job!

They are on their way out today, I have to do some stuff around the house, so they will help me with that. The price was high. The responsiveness is very good. When they estimated how much paint I would need for the outside, they overestimated, and I have $300 worth of paint sitting here. He is the only one who knows what the colors are on the outside of my house, so he is coming today and will give me an estimate to do the touch up.

it went liked we planned it

I was putting my house up for sale so I wanted to "freshen up" the garage door. They applied two coats and it looks terrific. Also, I had holes in my shutters where birds had pecked. They removed the shutters, filled the holes and painted them. The front door was sun-damaged because our house faces southwest. It required quite a bit of sanding to remove the damaged surface's rough texture. Also, there were some small holes where a small amount of light showed through. They filled those holes and painted the outside of the door several coats. All of the work looks very nice. Since it was a smaller job, they were able to work it in at the end of the day after another job, because I was in a hurry. I was pleased with their response time when I requested another coat on the front door. They had a very cooperative and friendly attitude and wanted to make sure I was happy with my service. I would definitely recommend them to others as I was very pleased with the results and the price. I plan on using them again in the future.

I am quite happy with the results. The guys showed up when they said they would, they were quite proficient, and the results are stunning. I had several places where color needed to be cut in...it is perfect. I was impressed with the interior work; so much so that I hired CertaPro to repair and paint the exterior of my home. Dennis did an amazing job as well.

CertaPro did an excellent job painting the exterior of our park model home. Everything from the estimating process to the painting to the follow up was professional, timely and of high quality. I will use them again.
