Needed to replace tile on roof to match remaining tiles. They went out of their way to find tiles that matched although they had been discontinued. Work was done with professional installation and repaired several items not in contract without charge. I would use them again without hesitation.

I have an older home that had renovations and add ons that are now 20+ years old. There was damage to the fascia beneath the roof line, different types of siding that were lifting, and cracks in the outer concrete foundation - they repaired ALL of that before proceeding with paint! This company was very communicative, gave me lots of options, did not try to sell me things I didn’t need, punctual, and extremely thorough. I was also very overwhelmed with paint colors…their team listened to the direction I was going and then didn’t bring me a thousand paint options, but narrowed it down for me so it was easier to pick. They did a BEAUTIFUL job…so much better than I could have hoped for! And…their crew was very thoughtful…they cleaned up so well and even brought in my garbage cans from the curb! I will be passing their business cards to everyone I know and we plan to hire them for other work in the future!

This company was fantastic. I had other quotes for this job that defaulted to replacing the whole roof to extensive repairs and full shingle replacement. Most of the previous quotes were very high. Capitol evaluated the roof, and explained and discussed all the needs and what was seen with the condition of the roof and shingles. In my case the shingles were perfectly fine and still flexible, in addition the roof was in great shape under all the shingles. It was recommended that they repair all the edge flashings, re-tack the shingles, reseal all vents and spouts. They also performed a roof treatment to seal the roof and the shingles. The cost was fair, and they completed the job next day. No mess left from them and very well done job. Will do business with them again in the future.

Actually got up on the roof and examined it. He walked the roof and checked underneath the tiles and took pictures of the problem. The other company I had never bothered to get on the roof. They just threw out a dollar figure that was much higher than I paid. He was very thorough in explaining the problem. I was very happy with the results.

Tiles were falling off our roof over the front walkway, and we were concerned about potential injury to anyone approaching the house. I contacted Angi and was connected to Capitol right away. We were pleased with the fast response time and with how quickly they completed the job. And unlike previous roofers they left our property clean! My only complaint is that they said they would email me the project photos that they showed me, but they only sent one photo and did not respond to two requests for the remaining photos.

Iâ m so happy I found this company. It can be scary to deal with a roofing emergency, but the owner treated me with compassion and respect. He came out to inspect the roof on Sunday (within 24 hours of the damage), and the work was completed by Tuesday afternoon. Fair and honest, the communication was stellar. Workers were prompt, courteous, and left the job site clean. I highly recommend this company.
