They were a no-show. No phone call or anything. I got the text confirming the date and time, and they never showed up. I tried calling and no one answers. Trying to sell a house here people, and I am pressed for time. This is how you operate?

Extremely professional. Very attentive and eager to explain the entire process, materials to be used... timing and promised clean up and debris removal. I also have a three warranty with free annual inspections. Provided photos via email of before and after repairs. Very much appreciated.

My home is almost 25 years old and I found a some damaged boards in my garage attic. They took pictures to show me the problems with my roof and explained what they needed to do to fix the bad area. Repaired the problem area. Inspected the other areas of the roof and cleaned debris off of the rest of the roof. Not the cheapest offer and not the most expensive offer, but I enjoyed their open and honest communication and passing of information.
