Fast, quality work cleaned up job site

The company was very quick to come out to my home to inspect the problem (roof leak) I was having. After agreeing in price and project scope, they had a crew out the morning of the following day to promptly accomplish the repair. The company did an excellent job of communicating the scope of work and supporting their recommendations as well as keeping me informed of scheduling. The work was completed in professional fashion with no surprises including both the quality of the roof repair, being careful around other areas of the property, and post-project clean up. Iâ m very happy with the work they did and would hire them again.

I contacted Capitol and Dan came right out to assess the leak on my tile roof. He offered a fair price and accommodated me so that the roof would be repaired before the next storm. They did a great job and would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs. Joe-San Tan Valley

Great company with awesome crew of workers I was more than pleased after they replaced some plywood sheets, put new tarpaper protective sheets and fixed some broken tiles.

Capitol Home Improvement came to our rescue!! Had lots of rain and discovered a bad leak in our roof going through cieling of a bedroom. Daniel called us back on a Sunday and came by within hours to provide a quote. I want to praise the integrity of this family company. HONEST, respectable, and the entire team very thorough hard workers who believe in treating customers as human beings not just a paycheck. They did an incredible job, listened to our needs and what we could afford. Such a professional job. We couldn't be happier. They deserve more than just 5 stars. Daniel the owner was a blessing to work with. I reached out for a roofer and within minutes we had a professional scheduled for an estimate. He responded promptly and gave us a very fair and competitive estimate and we hired him on the spot . He and his crew came today and fixed our roof for us in a very timely manner. Easy to work with and reasonable rates.

Came out to give me a 2nd quote on a roof replacement. Told me I didn’t need to replace, just repair and was extremely knowledgeable and realistic. Gave me a great warranty to make me comfortable that the repair rather than replace was a good decision. Hired him on the spot and his crew performed the work the next day. He gets an A for communication - let me know timing and arrival times and called if the timing changed. He even offered advice on our balcony that he noticed while doing the roofing job. We hired him to do that job too. Completed the job quickly and as promised. They cleaned up the job site and were polite and respectful. I highly recommend hiring Capitol!

To get compensation from my insurance company, I still need the photographs of damaged roof. Despite my request your company only sent me the pictures during and after poor job. These pictures are requested by my insurance company. I really appreciate if you send the picture in time.
