Description of Work: Cleaned some 27 windows and screens, inside and out, on a two-story home following a reschedule request. Results were quite good, especially screen dirt removal. Some confusion occurred regarding the exact coverage of the "20-window discount" as it applied to windows with latticework. Work was allowed to proceed based upon a quoted 3X cost ground rule, but personal price planning would have proceeded more smoothly with better "front-end" information. A late cost discount was appreciated. Overall, it was a satisfactory job by a friendly, competent company.

Description of Work: Showed up on time explained the coupon and what it covered. We were aware that the service was more than the coupon covered. Windows were cleaned inside and out and the screens were washed. Eli quoted a fair price and he and his crew completed the project and did an excellent job. I recommended them to a neighbor.

Description of Work: I had the old certificate from previous vendor which said 20 windows either outside or inside ( or 10 windows inside and outside ). |He did 20 outside windows and 3 sliding and one French door. I am very satisfied and will use him again. Thanks.

Description of Work: They cleaned my windows inside and out, as well as taking down sunscreens, washing them, and reinstalling them. The crew was efficient and thorough, and left all my windows sparkling clean. Though it cost $3 each (above the deal price) per sunscreen, it was totally worth the extra money. They were respectful and professional, responding to my scheduling needs. I'm very happy with their work.
