Let's make this short and sweet like she did. Her screens were in horrible condition and needed to get replaced because they were old and falling apart, so we couldn't clean them. She waited three weeks because of her schedule, not ours. Further more we don't send rookies to do your job like other companies do. Instead we send qualified people to your home. We provide great service and exceptional quality work for every customer, every time, regardless of what you pay for in a special that we might be running. We wish her good luck in finding another company to service her windows in the future. thx.

Description of Work: A nice man came early and got to work on the outside before I even knew he was here! He was very cheerful,thorough and careful, cleaning the windowsills as he finished each window, which was great! The view is much better and we will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Arrived at promised time. Cleaned windows and screens and replaced the screens as we had discussed. Careful not to track up the house. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely use again. Price very reasonable for service provided. I did contract for additional windows, over what was covered in the offer.

Description of Work: Windows were sparkling after an hour. One snafu - I requested a date that was initially unavailable to have my windows cleaned. The representative said he would return my call wirh a new date for the reservation, and then 2 weeks later showed up exactly at the date and time I needed. I was thrilled, but got lucky that I was actually home that day.

Description of Work: They asked for 3 dates up front which I provided. They said they were booked, however they were shut down. In essence they lied. They then wanted me to call after I asked if they could supply me with the dates that were available. THey then told me that the coupon said I had to call them in order to schedule. Another prevarication. I like doing business with people who are honest. Unfortunately this outfit is not.

This guy is a real pain in my you know what.. His dates he provided were booked. Yes, myself, I was out of town but work was still being done in the valley. I told him to call us so we could get some info before scheduling and he refused to do so. Then sends us messages with profanities attached to it. He's one of those people that wants to make things more difficult than they have to be then blames someone else for the problem when the problem is himself. We require people to call us because there are many factors that go into scheduling jobs so we have the right amount of time to do them properly. It's that simple. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who wants to act like this jerk. Sorry to be so blunt but we don't sugar coat things and we definitely don't lie about things like this guys says we do. One word explains this type of person, Problematic. No thanks, go find someone else to bother because we don't need customers like this guy. All the messages are in the message center and if you got to read his messages to us you'd tell him to go fly a kite too. Thanks but no thanks!!! I wish I could let all other contractors to watch out for this guy. He's a real piece of work.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the windows and screen in and out for our 2700 sq-ft one level home. This includes two rooms that had multi-pane patio swinging doors. The results were excellent. I should have had this done tears ago.
