Description of Work: I bought the $99 deal for a 1950 square foot house with fewer than 20 windows. Upon arrival I was told that it would be an extra $100 because I have divided panes. It took 1 person under 2 hours for $200. Felt like a bait and switch. Work was fine, but over $100/hour to clean windows on a one story house- ridiculous!

Wow, we don't pull the old bait and switch on anyone. We are and always have been very up front about the way we do things. We're sorry they feel like this. Actually It did take longer than 2 hours and we don't charge by the hour, we charge by how many and what type of windows there are. We are also much more efficient with our time than most guys. I'm sure some companies might have taken a little longer because they have guys that are trying to milk the clock. We don't. We have a standard shop rate which any business would have in order to stay in business. Lets not forget about the time it takes to get there, gas, wear and tear on vehicles, insurance, advertising, employee salaries, our business taxes. etc. I can go on and on about what it takes to run a legitimate business. The coupon works great for 20 standard windows. If you have more, or they are not standard windows, there is going to be an extra charge depending on what you have. Most people do understand this simple thing. Here's a little advise to all those looking to purchase one of our specials. READ THE COUPON and make sure you fall into that category. If not, its probably best to give us a call and we can discuss what you have and answer any questions before purchasing anything. If you do not have standard window openings you will be paying extra. I would never expect to have any service guy to come to my house and do more work than what I paid for without paying extra in one form or another. Sorry about the confusion but we did explain all of this before we showed up. Thanks
