They we polite and profession but ready to justify additional fees and explain why the special doest apply to my situation. When you pay in advance you relinquish your power over the service being provided. Never forget that. I did. It cost me $99. Thank God I can afford to lose $99 or this would be horrific.
Description of Work: BEWARE. They wanted extra for doors before starting. I declined. Twenty minutes later they said it would be substantially more because my normal 1961 subdivision house windows were larger than their deal covers. Good grief. I said 'clean the windows or leave. They left. Angie's List says any refund has no connection to Angie's and I should contact the window cleaner. I went against my common sense and better judgement for a moment and paid for something in advance. I knew better. But I thought...nevermind. Never again. Dont do this. Pay the neighbor kid, or some kid from church. This was a BAD idea and my own fault for trying it.

He was hard to understand, but he washed windows okay, he was careless with the landscaping and broke off branches on shrubs.

They made arrangements to complete our request in very short order. we have used these good folks now several times at our 4500 sqft home and we feel the pricing is very reasonable. Canyon State Window Cleaning is AMAZING!!! I called to have them take care of washing the windows on a rental home I was leaving (cleaned about 12 widows). They were very responsive and the quality of their work was amazing. I was so impressed, that I asked if they could clean the windows of the home I just purchased (appx. 20 windows). As timing would have it, they were able to do them that same afternoon. My windows are beautiful! I will definitely use them again and have already referred friends and family to them.

It was wonderful! He was on time, efficient, personable, and professional. Everything just sparkled. I wasn't going to have him do a couple of windows in the 2nd story loft, but he went ahead and did those, too. Such a tremendous service. I would gladly hire him to return to do this again.

The service was fine. Their price was extremely competitive to other quotes that we had received. So, that was definitely one thing that stood out. I think my wife was pleased with the phone person that she scheduled with. They provide adequate service.

There were no up charges for everything like he said. Extra charges were for extra windows not included in the coupon. Pretty simple to figure if you have more to clean than what's included in the coupon, then your going to be charged for the extra stuff. Although we take the utmost care not to leave any sign of us being inside your home, other than clean windows, every now and then we'll leave some wet residue on a sill here or there. It's not like it was completely wet all over or we spilled a bucket full of water in the house. As far as his walls getting water all over, this doesn't even make sense. We do use a hose sometimes on the outside to rinse out extremely dirty windows before cleaning them. The outside walls would get wet in that situation of course. We use a minimal amount of water to clean the inside so if there was any water left behind it would have been an extremely minimal amount. Personally I think he was mad about us not doing anything extra for free. So he had to complain about something as minimal as a wet sill.

They were fine. It was way more money, but I understood that. They were good about explaining that. I paid at least double the $99. It was like around $200 total. I would probably not use them again. They could do a little bit more detailed work on the windows. I felt like it should have been better.
