Description of Work: Washed 20+ windows on two story home. Did good job. However, claimed some 10 windows to be trellis items even though these exist as windows with flat metallic support structure that require some, be not extensive, extra work. Thusly, a $3 extra price per window was assessed. Unseen judgement from the home office felt three times the effort was required (as with true trellis windows) even through the actual work was considerably less. | |Since prior quality cleaning was performed by another "Angies List" company at a much lower cost, I will look elsewhere in the future even though Canyon State performed well.

Description of Work: Arrived on time and analyzed the home window situation. Indicated that the number of windows exceeded the Angie's list allotment but would clean all of the exterior window panes for the Angie's list price. Accepted proposal. In the process of cleaning the exterior portion, one window tilt lock was damaged and had to be replaced. Work was performed professionally with excellent results.
