Arrived on time and very professional and friendly. Washed 20 windows INSIDE and OUT (didn't make me pick a side), several sunscreens, and windowsills even on the windows that you can't reach without an extendable ladder (my entry hallway is 2 stories high). They didn't charge me extra which I was more than willing to pay since those high windows and sills are dangerous for me to try to clean without proper equipment. He did say that I wouldn't get off quite that easy next time since this was a special promotion, but it says a lot about a company that doesn't use these Angie's Big Deals to play that "bait and switch" routine that one of their competitors tried. Next time even without the promotion I will gladly pay the extra and know that I was well cared for by an honest hard working company.

This was a Angie's List Special. In the past, my experience with these has not been all that good. This one was great! They called right after I bought the deal, scheduled the appointment, and took info about my home windows. A few days before the appointment, they called to confirm. On the day of the appointment, they showed up early and were done in about an hour. They did an outstanding job: crystal clear windows, no mess, and put back everything they moved.

Completed the job very professionally. I'm pleased with the experience and would consider using again.

They were very prompt and extremely polite. They worked quickly and did the job with maximum efficiency. When they had to move furniture they were very careful and respectful of where things were so that they were returned to their original state. I look forward to calling them again when the need arises!

They came out a couple of weeks after I purchased the "Big Deal" and the service was excellent, they did an excellent service. They were very nice. They came in, did the work and left. It was great.

They arrived early, were very professional. We have a 2 story house with 29 windows and they took off all the screens and washed them and put them back up. They were finished in about 90 minutes. I would not hesitate using them again. Very happy with their service

They called the same day we purchased confirming appointment that was convenient for us. The Canyon team arrived a few minutes early and explained what they planned to do regarding the windows to confirm our requirements. The Canyon team were very careful to make sure every area of the glass was cleaned especially the corner areas where dust accumulates. We were very pleased to have a company that took the time and care to make sure we were pleased with the work they had done. Absolutely the best we have ever experienced!

Not much to tell. The windows are clean and they did it very efficiently. The owner was present and it was completed quickly.

They were prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. What I most liked is their business model wasn't nickel and diming me for every individual pane of glass, like some other vendors I've dealt with. Although I can understand why the "estimate by pane" method is done, because number of panes does impact the work effort, it is incredibly complex for a homeowner to try to figure out a cost estimate, and pretty darn impossible to get it accurate. And then when I guess wrong and the fee is higher, I feel ripped off - even if I wasn't. Canyon Glass didn't use this model, at least not with it's Big Deal, and that made it so much easier. And the easier it is the more likely I am to ask them back!

They did a fantastic job. Eli and his assistant were very professional and fast. I used the Angie's List Big Deal which made the cost amazingly low ... but even their regular price was less than what I've paid in the past. I will absolutely use them again and will also refer them to my real-estate clients.

Eli was right on time !! I, however, had gotten the date wrong and thought it was the next week. He called me on my cell phone, and since I work so close to my home, he went ahead and did the outside of the windows and said he would come back later that day and do the inside. It seems he lives close to me as well, so it was no problem for him to return. I called him as I was leaving work, and he was here within 10 minutes after I got home. His work is perfection. The windows absolutely sparkle He works quickly, is extremely friendly and professional. He also explained to me that he uses Eco-friendly products, not only because it's better for the windows, but also for pets and our skin. I rate his work and him both as A++++++++++++++ and will definitely be using him again !!!! Thank you Eli for the great job, and for being sweet enough to come back to finish up. That is a true professional !!! Additional comment: Eli told me that the cleaners that he uses have something in them to help to keep the windows from spotting. All I can tell you is it works !! Since I had my windows done, the amount of rain we have had here in east Mesa in the last month has been a lot, as you probably know. Every single one of my windows are still perfect - not a rain spot on them. I am so amazed. Trust me, I WILL be using Eli again and again and again. I HIGHLY recommend him and his work!! The owner and staff member arrived right on time of the requested date. They were both very courtious and polite as well as very professional. They presented themselves very well and were very efficient. They had cleaned the inside and outside of all of our windows in about an hour or so. Very fast. I would recommend this company to everybody. They do great work.

Provider was on time. Showed him what had to be done. Was charged extra because of the extra amount of windows to be washed. Agreed to charges. Went about and completed work to my satisfaction. Would use his services again

All the windows comes out very clean.

We scheduled this cleaning just as the monsoon season started up. The company rescheduled it several times to avoid muddy rain on clean windows. After rescheduling 3 times, the cleaning took 60 minutes and was done to perfection. The cleaner was very nice and took care of our needs.
