I had a very good experience with Canyon State. I found them on Angie's List and they were offering up to 20 windows for $89. I have a single story rental home in Tempe that I was getting ready to put on the market for sale and the windows hadn't had a good cleaning inside and out in about 4 years. My main concern was that the windows have old storm windows attached, which make them more difficult to clean and double the glass panes. Before purchasing the special I called Canyon State and spoke to Eli. Eli was familiar with my type of windows and explained I could purchase 2 specials to cover the cost of the additional storm windows. That was more than fair and I was thrilled to find someone familiar with these old windows and not afraid to maneuver them for cleaning. Eli and his crew showed up when expected and while Eli and I went over the window details, his guys were already at work cleaning the outside. I had some windows that were hard to open, some etched by pool water, and others that had storm widows that had to come completely off to be cleaned on both sides. They are certainly not as easy to clean as new double pane windows or even old single pane windows but Eli and his crew never complained and did their best to clean every inch of the 30 year old windows. They were fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. I've hired several window cleaners in the past to clean between tenants and one or two have been good, but they have charged me an arm and a leg to clean my "old school" windows. I feel I got great window cleaning at a great price. Thank you Eli and the Canyon State Window Cleaning team.

They were on time and went right to work. The two men were very professional and courteous and did the job quickly. Our windows were previously quite dirty and spider-web encrusted, but now they are sparkling clean. The men got no water on the window sills, walls, or floors. We are very happy with the job.

Dustin and Eli arrived a bit early to do the job. However, they called and made sure that this would be convenient for us. They double checked the address with us and were courteous and polite at all times. They reviewed what we needed done with me and got right to work. They did a FABULOUS job and I have already called and told two of my neighbors how great they were! They even cleaned out the trough where the window slides.

They were very understanding when I had to postpone the morning they were supposed to come, because it happened the same day our grass was being re-seeded. When they came, they worked quickly, and my windows were beautiful! Because it was through Angie's List, they told me the cost of a normal cleaning visit if I want to use them again...and I will!

We are VERY happy with this job, and will absolutely have Grand Canyon come back in the future.

The service was fine. They came out promptly and did the job nicely and professionally and were done pretty quickly. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They came out to do the work within three weeks from the date I purchased the deal.

It went very well. The crew arrived on time. I have some challenging windows in my living room that stretch from the ground floor all the way up to the 2nd--storey roof line and they had all the needed equipment to deal with those. I had received a message from them to call their office a few days prior to the appointment so we could discuss any special requirements, so they were informed ahead of time. The only minor issue was that they did not do a great job of protecting the floors from drips and tracking. As all my floors are tile this was not a major issue and there was not a lot of mess, but some. I hope they would be more careful in a home with carpet. But the windows are sparkling and the crew took a lot of time to make sure to remove any streaks.

Cleaned (extremely well) all the windows in my 2750 sf home. I will definitely call them again in a few months.

Canyon State has been washing my windows for over 12 years. They have my garage code and I trust them explicitly! The windows are always perfectly done and everyone is so pleasant.

Clean windows inside and out, clean and replace screens

It turned out very well. They were great. They were fast. They came on time when they said they would be here. We were very happy with the results. For what they did, I think the price was very good. They were very responsive but their scheduling was not so good because they were busy. They got back to us when we placed the order in and they said this is the earliest we can come, which is a little bit later. They were on time.

We could not believe how bright the windows were when they were finished - the best they have ever been cleaned (after several different window cleaning services) - they sparkle! The two young men were professional and efficient. Will definitely use this service again.
