Canyon State Window Cleaning

Wow. This is the kind of company that is easy to do business with. Communication and initial setup was easy. I had purchased Deal for whole house window cleaning for $99. Two employees arrived on time and got right to work. At the last second I asked if they would have time to vacuum tracks and also take care of my exterior light fixtures--they were happy to oblige. The extra charge was $25 for tracks (I think abt 20 windows) and $25 for 6 fixtures. The windows looked great--there were a few stubborn flecks of paint, but otherwise very nice. What really blew me away was how my light fixtures looked after they left. I wish I had taken pictures-- It was a night and day difference! I would definitely use this company again.

I can't say enough positive remarks about Canyon State Window Cleaning. I will absolutely use them again in the future and refer them to anyone who needs a truly professional company to do their windows. From the first phone call to the completion of the job they were incredibly professional. Their prices were very reasonable, they arrived exactly when they said they would, and they completed the job beautifully within the time that they said they would. I highly recommend them.

The technician arrived on tme and started on the inside windows. A second person arrived a little later and began on the exterior windows. When the interior person was finished, he went outside. After the work was completed, we notices a few streaks and some water spotting on the sill or at the bottom of the windows. In general the windows were clean and much improved from before the washing.

window cleaning was fine. but when they scraped the windows they scratched the film. will cost for replacement.

Eric and his assistant were prompt and hardworking. My windows had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time so the results were terrific and a great improvement. They were very efficient and professional in all respects.

They called to let us know they were running late. I really appreciate when a business does this because that shows they respect us and our time. They did arrive at the time they estimated they would arrive. Ely, the owner, and his worker did an outstanding job. Any questions I had, Ely took the time and respectfully answered and/or explained what was happening. I had originally purchased this special in November of 2012. I contacted him and told him I wouldn't be ready that fall and asked whether it would it still be valid the following year. He said definitely. He came by last year to look at what we have to clean and we agreed that since it was about monsoon season we would wait. I then set up this year for him to come do the job. I noticed that even though he wasn't cleaning the solar screens, since they were already on and he had to remove them to clean the windows, they tapped them and brushed off the extra dirt without extra charge. I definitely will use this company again. I appreciated the respectful way I was treated and the great job they did in an amazingly short amount of time. :-) .They also clean and store solar screens at your home for an extra charge.

We purchased the Big Deal and had some concern due to another deal we purchased years ago (from a different company) that wasn't what was advertised. I'm happy to report that this deal was exactly what was advertised. Canyon State was on-time, fast, and thorough. Everything you could ask from a service provider. The deal was for 20 windows and, in the end, we probably had a couple of extra windows and when we tried to pay for the extra windows we were told not worry about it. All they asked in return is that we think of them next time we need our windows done. Not only will we think of them, we will definitely use them again and will share their info with everyone we know. We highly recommend Canyon State Window Cleaning.

Prompt and very nice Windows were cleaned however tracks were not which disappointed me Forgot we had a bedroom door locked because of the grandchild, didn't even ask us if he could clean that window

They arrived to wash my unoccupied For-Sale house. Did a great job cleaning the outside, took off screens and stacked them; then couldn't get inside because another provider hadn't returned the key. Canyon State came back to finish the job the next week. They were very nice and professional about the mistake, so appreciated that. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with service. Took advantage of daily deal from email blast. Have had problems DIY our windows and have a great view from our golf course home. Scheduled our appointment via email and confirmed via phone. Very convenient. Was very professional and felt comfortable with them in my home. Did a great job. Very thorough and in-n-out quickly.

The experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. I had purchased the Angie's big deal coupon ($99.00) which covers inside and outside up to 20 windows and two story homes. I explained to Eli I lived in a three story condo and would not require the insides doing but I would understand if there was extra charges for the three floors. He said that he is not the type of company to nickel and dime customers over a few extra windows and was sure that something could be worked out. Eli and his assistant arrived on schedule and proceeded to do all that was promised and indeed more!! They cleaned the insides and outsides of the windows and even though I had said not to bother with the first floor they did them anyway. The best part was at the end when he told me that there would be no extra fees for the added windows. Extremely polite and courteous, excellent overall job, I would use them again in a heartbeat and would also recommend them to friends and family. Good job guys!!!!!

Left a lot of spots and dumped cleaning solution all over the place. Threw it out on the rocks and displaced them. All over the floor inside as well. My dog licked it up and got sick. Lack of attention to detail and just general quality would not make me use them again.

Provider was great to work with. I spoke with Eli and sent him pics of the property so he would know what his tech was up against. He confirmed quote and scheduled service at a convenient time. The tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival and got right to it. Communication was excellent. The service was performed on a property I have listed for sale. Afterward, the property shows much better with lots of natural light and is much more tidy. Thanks guys-- you rock!

It was good. They were quick and efficient. They knew what to do. I slept through it so they were quiet. They were pleasant. They were on time.

They were here on time and the two young men went right to work on the window. I needed the front porch light cleaned and they did this at no extra charge because I was under the max number of windows for the big deal. Not much else to say, except I would use them again.

Excellent job. Came as promised. Worked on all windows in a methodical manner. Washing and drying the windows as he went, including the screens. I was impressed how quickly he worked and how beautiful the windows looked. We will be using Canyon State on a yearly basis. I love looking out of the windows and taking pics of animals and birds etc. I know my shot will not be compromised with looking through a dirty window. It would be difficult for anyone to find any fault with the services offered. A company you can trust to do the job right the first time.
