Canyon State Window Cleaning

The owner, Eli, was very easy to work with. I had eight more windows than the deal had covered--20 windows inside and out for $89. They were done for $6 each. The entire house was done for $137, inside and out !!! The gentleman who did the work was professional, did an excellent job, and timely. I hope to use Canyon State again, and highly recommend them !

They did a really nice job. I have three ceiling fans on my back patio and they offered to clean those as well. They did not charge me anything additional. They made that little extra effort, which was nice. Scheduling was fine and they showed up when they said they would.

After reading and comparing customer reviews on several window cleaning companies, I decided to hire Canyon State Window Cleaning to clean all the windows in a 15-year old house that we purchased recently. Eli, the owner, returned my calls promptly and answered my questions thoroughly. He also called the day before our appointment to discuss the uncertain weather and give me the choice of rescheduling. Eli was out of town the day of our appointment, so his stepson Justin came to do the job. Eli assured me that Justin has been working with him for over a decade and that he would do a great job. Justin did an amazing job! The windows are shiny, dirt-free and beautiful. He took great care to loosen the brackets holding our sunscreens with a screwdriver so that they wouldn't get scratched. He showed me some window damage and explained that the resulting spotting was permanent, which I was already aware. I was pleasantly surprised that he took his time to do a good job and didn't seem to be rushing. He even discarded a dead bird that was on our front lawn (thankful I didn't have to deal with that!). I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.

It went fine. Scheduling was easy. While he was nice he just didn't seem motivated such as with removing the screens which I loosened for them. He seemed to want to do as little work as possible. He did do a nice job with what he did. The price was fair.

Arrived promptly. Worked efficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Service provider was quick to come out and did a fantastic job cleaning all of our windows inside and out. He worked around everything blocking the windows such as furniture and even our dogs! :) Great quality and will definitely use them again!

Excellent job. I couldn't have done it better myself. As to cost, I really don't remember the exact amount. It was maybe $69 or $89. You guys would know. I don't have the coupon any more. And since it was a recent billing, it has not yet appeared on my credit card statement. When you want too much info, you discourage people from writing a review.

pretty good service overall, but the dirt on screens was not cleaned

The window washer arrived early (pleasant surprise) and immediately got to work. He handled several screens that my husband I have always had difficulty with all by himself and thoroughly washed all our windows and screens. He was friendly and courteous. The windows have never looked so clean! We'll definitely be contacting this company again.

Eli and his assistant just left after 2.5 hours cleaning our windows: fantastic job! We have large picture windows and two large sliding glass doors- not even a speck of dirt or drop of water left on the windows. They were very careful when cleaning inside with water. I highly recommend Eli and his company. We will be calling them again and setting up regular service.

I wouldn't do it again. He had his son come and do it. He was going to be out of town and I wasn't happy with the job at all. He left and I didn't ask any more questions. What made me decide to go with him was just the price and the recommendations from Angie's List. The price was competitive. He was on time. He was a good enough kid.

Just as previously, they did an excellent job, very complete, no issues, ontime as scheduled. We certainly will have them back again for our window cleaning.

They were not able to do the work in the time frame that I needed, however they were very professional and polite when I spoke with them.

Canyon State contacted me right away to schedule my appointment and discuss the work I wanted completed, made the arrangements and then reiterated date, time, price, and work to be completed in order to ensure we were on the same page. The worker called to inform me he might be late (not a problem for me as long as I am kept informed). He was very nice and professional. He started to work right away, did a thorough job in a very timely manner. We went over the completed work and Canyon State told me to contact them if I had any issues. I will be using Canyon State again.

My only complaint is that I said on the phone I wanted the sun screens cleaned at $3/each while they were here. I had the screens all off the windows because of the house going on the market and they were not cleaned. I wasn't charged either, but I was busy with the Realtor as he worked and he left without cleaning them. Not a huge deal, but I would have liked of had them cleaned since I requested it.

They were good. They cleaned about 20 windows. It took about an hour to do. We had no problems with their work.

I hired Canyon state to wash windows on single story house with less than 20 windows. They did a great job. Affordable, punctual, efficient, and professional - it doesn't get much better than this. Would recommend to anyone.

He was prompt and quick for being just one person. I didn't follow him around, nor did I inspect the work, so I don't know exact quality of work, but it appears to be done well. He provides a lower price for Angies List customers.
