I had Canyon State Window Cleaning, clean my windows last year and was very pleased with the service. This year I purchased an Angie's List deal and couldn't be happier with the service again. Eli came to our house by himself, was very professional, unobtrusive, and the windows look great. He even helped get a couple of screens back on their tracks. With the reasonable price, being easy to schedule, great service, and nice looking windows, Canyon State will be the only place I call to have my windows cleaned.

Ira scheduled the appointment to start at 9:00 am. He and a second person showed up around 8:30, which was fine with me. Ira counted the number of windows to see how many were outside of the Angie's deal. Rather than counting panes, as he normally charges, he counted actual window openings. His count fell within the limits of the deal. When he contacted me to arrange the appointment he explained how the screens would be charged. He counted the screens before starting and let me know that all I would owe was an additional $30. I thought this was very professional as I've had other service providers not tell me the extra costs until after the work was complete. He also explained how he counts panes if I schedule a cleaning outside of an Angie's deal and what the normal cost would be. They took about an hour to clean the windows and the screens and they look spectacular. I will definately call Ira again in the future.

This was really good! They came in and cleaned about 23 windows. They weren't talkative and just wanted to get their work done. They were professional and polite. They were on time and they did their job! I thought they did great!

They were on time and finished faster than I thought they would. They got down to their business. They were so neat and clean and didn't leave any mess what so ever. That made me happy. I can see out of my windows again. They even told me some trouble spots with some of my windows and recommended getting a few windows rescreened at Home Depot. Eli was great to work with.

Dustin arrived at our house promptly. He was careful of our pets, He was thorough, efficient and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend then to others,. He was careful of our window shades and even took his shoes off inside. Kudos to Canyon State!

They did and excellent job on everything with one very minor exception. I found a couple windows where there was a little residue around the top edge. If there was an A- option, I would have given them that. (Something to consider, Angie?) If there was an option for bonus points, I would have given them for professionalism. One doesn't think of rain in Arizona, but we had quite a bit in late summer. When Eli called to confirm our first appointment, he noted that we were supposed to have rain the following day and asked if we wanted to reschedule. I was surprised and said, "No, that's fine, we made the appointment, it's not your problem if it rains." He said it wasn't a problem and we rescheduled. The first reschedule was the same situation -- rain predicted two days following the cleaning. I asked if we could postpone. He said, "Sure." I was curious, "How do you keep your crews busy before a rainy day." Eli said it wasn't a problem because they have a lot of commercial accounts on recurring schedules, so they always have windows to clean. It happened one more time before we finally had a spell with no predicted rain. Other than the minor issue of a little residue at the tops of a few windows, they looked beautiful. Between being clean and the shade screens down, we felt like we were in the crystal palace. It took two or three days for us to get used to the views out our windows.

Second time I've used vendor. Serviceperson was prompt, friendly, got right to work, and worked efficiently. I asked him about cleaning the sun screens, and he advised against the extra cost -- several were showing too much sign of wear, and the newer ones he didn't think needed the cleaning. Impressed that he didn't try to upsell me when it wasn't needed.

Eli and his helper were very friendly, professional, quick and thorough. With all of the rain we have been having, we had rescheduled once already and he called the morning of since it had been rainy again to see if we wanted to reschedule again. Not only did he clean the windows (inside and out) but he took all the screens off and washed them down as well. In addition, the sills are spotless. They followed up with us quickly and scheduled the service within a week. They cleaned 18 windows from the outside. The service was good.
