Canyon State Window Cleaning

Great job, professional. Asked them to put us on a regular rotation so they'll remind us when it's time to do it again. It was so worth the cost to have someone else deal with this nasty chore.

They were very quiet, quick and professional. Very trustworthy, 2 guys, Eli the owner and one worker.

They were on time, nice to have in the home, very good job and I was happy with their work.

The windows and screens were cleaned well by the employee, the tracks were not, but the owner came back and cleaned them well

Hard working young man who remained focused on doing the job. It took longer than he thought. Removing sunscreens can be time consuming. He was very efficient when having to remove screens from different types of windows. He took his shoes off while working inside. Just a little mess that had to be cleaned up after.

Windows were cleaned efficiently and looked great just in time for Christmas. We were originally scheduled on a day that rained and had to be rescheduled. Eli worked us in on a Sunday morning and did a great job. We had more windows than the "deal" we had purchased covered. Eli was willing to do the whole job if I wanted but instead, we worked together to decide which twenty windows would be best to clean given the lay out of our house. It all worked out very well and was a great value.

The man left the project unfinished. He did not finish cleaning the inside nor the outside of my windows I had paid for in the Angie List contract. My screens are not cleaned, the tracts are muddy, and the windows are not cleaned and/or are streaked. He refuses to take responsibility for ruining my breakfast picture window inside 5 inch film defect he caused. He was rude, accusatory, and hostile toward me. When I asked him to come in the house to look at the defect in the breakfast window film which was on the inside, he did not take off his shoes when entering my house from the back patio where he had water all over the back patio (mixed with dirt). My floors were muddy and carpet spotted from his tennis shoe imprints which I had to clean up. He took my $175.00 I paid for upfront, did not compete the contract, and the portions he did finish are streaked/spotted/defective. I will have to file a credit card dispute.

We had purchased one of the Angie's List deals for window cleaning services and were very impressed with Canyon State Window Cleaning. Eli Alvarez, the owner, does the scheduling and does much of the work himself. He went out of his way to help us find the solution to a problem which we have with one of our scratched glass doors. He was also quite knowledgeable about our outside rollup shades and suggested that we hose them down before he came out to clean the windows which they cover. We found the work which Eli did to be outstanding and we would definitely use this company again. Thanks so much to Angie's List for helping us discover this great company.

the guy was puntual and did a very good job. worked for 3 hours almost cleaned inside outside of all windows and also cleaned more than what i paid for. he is good and i will go for him next time also.

I have used Angie's List providers many times in the past and have always been able to communicate and schedule through the email system. This is critical to me, as my work schedule does not allow me to have the flexibility to take care of personal business via phone during normal hours. I explained this to the Canyon State but he said they do not schedule through email, only via phone. The replies were curt and I realized that customer service is not something I would be able to count on from them and can only assume that I would receive the same treatment on a service call. I will be scheduling this service with another company.

I purchased this on 11/14 and needed the work done by Thanksgiving. they said they couldn't do because they were booked solid through the holidays. They didn't say that on their ad. It would have been nice to know so I could have gotten something that would have been done by Thanksgiving.

As I have more windows than the Angie's list deal included, I paid an extra amount for the extra windows and I also included a tip. Young Mr. Alvarez never seemed to take a break and all the windows just sparkled when the job was done. I would never call anyone else to have my windows washed. The price is the best I have found and the work excellent. Because the price is so good, I can afford to have them come more often. I actually had to have them return in October as I unexpectedly had the outside of the house painted. For a nominal fee they returned and washed just the outsides of all the windows, being sure to get all the overlapping paint cleaned up as well. Super nice, prompt, efficient, experienced and economical. What more could anyone want?

Excellent service, including the initial emails and estimates. Our windows were long overdue for cleaning, and Dustin did a fine job. Scheduling was prompt even with the Thanksgiving "rush" and we were pleased with the price of the service. We will be repeat customers.

They was real good and explained to me that my windows are sun damaged. I have used them twice. I have recommended them to someone else and they liked them. He showed up on time.

If my husband and I would have done the work, it would have been excruciating and all day. But they were out of here within a half hour. The finished product was so good. There were no streaks. They were right on time, did a wonderful job and were quick.
