The young man that came was NOT Eli. We will have this company do our windows again, but it would only be with the owner Eli. The young man that came did nothing extra and did not do the solar screens which are the only screens on our windows. EVen simple cement that splashed up, not a lot of it either, was not removed. He said that would be an additional cost. Just a damp rag removed it. So a good soaping would have removed it all. Don't let this one individual stop you from hiring the company. When I had this same company perform window clean in 2014, Eli did an awesome job. That is why we hired the company a second time. And will make new arrangments after the monsoons in Oct to clean the windows once again.

The service went fine. The provider contacted me and set up a day to do the work. He was very prompt and did a great job cleaning the windows. He was very neat. I will hire them again.

Efficient and there were no problems

The window cleaner, while pleasant enough, was incompetent and deceptive. The slider on my double slider was left filthy, one wasn't even touched. He said it was from rain. Well, I explained ,that it is undercover and doesn't get rained on and the side windows that do get rained on were clean. He damaged a brand new screen by bowing it way out and told me that it was installed wrong. When I told him it was a new screen that was in place when he arrived, he fussed over it and couldn't make it fit. I stepped in and moved my hands over both sides and the screen was perfect but it is damaged. I did catch streak marks over my front door so he had to do that over again. He basically used NO elbow power. After he left I found a number of windows with dirt on them and more bowed screens. Altogether a bad experience.

They were professional, worked well and did a fantastic job. They were flexible as we needed to move the date of service several time. Would definitely use them again.

The young man that cleaned my windows was here from start to finish for two hours. I paid $99 plus $285 plus a $40 tip. Even with out the tip it is close to $200.00 an hour. The part of this service that I am most displeased about is the owner argued with me instead of trying to get repeat business. At the end of our conversation I told him that this seemed like a bate and switch situation.

Dustin arrived an hour early which worked out great. He missed a small window and I found some streaks but overall the service was fine. I will use them again.

Provider was on time and professional. Some confusion over what constituted a window. I hadn't realized when I gave the window count over the phone that a window with an arch above it was actually two windows, and similarly a large window with a sliding panel on each side was considered three. He was gracious about having to spend more time than anticipated. Quality of work was good. Windows sparkled! I'd definitely use this company again.
