Description of Work: They were great, more than 1/2 hour early and finished in a reasonable amount of time. They washed and cleaned window and the frame work of each window, the windows had not been cleaned for 4-5 years so you can image the amount of built up dust. They kept the areas under the windows clean and cleaned up after themselves. You only knew they had been I the house by the gleem of sunshine coming through the spotless windows. They even did a couple of French doors which I appreciated. Thanks for a great job, see you in the spring.

Description of Work: Cleaned windows. Missed a few inside, cleaned not tracks. I would have paid more for the service to have tracks, screens, etc all cleaned. Next time I use them, and I will, I will know to ask to upgrade the offer.

Description of Work: I had Eli come out to wash all my windows inside and out. (10) Also, he pressured wash my patio, front walk way and driveway. When I called he was obviously out working on jobs, but at the end of the day he returned my call and set up a time. I caught him in a busy season (fall) so the appointment was at least 10 days out. My fault for not calling sooner. On the day of the appointment he called at the scheduked time to inform me that he was just finishing at another location and would be arriving shortly. I had no problem with that because he did the right thing by calling. During the coarse of a day some problems can jump up and many companies will not communicated with you. Eli did! The work was quick and clean. Left the property looking better than when he arrived. Will use this company again. Good value, good service, good people

Description of Work: This guy was very quick, efficient, and did a very good job. The house looks clean even though i have a two-tone medium color stucco paint. Hassle-free. Im thinking of doing my windows with Canyon State, now that ive seen the work he did power-washing the house.

Excellent.
Description of Work: I would highly recommend Eli for window and screen cleaning. He did an excellent job on both the windows and screens. All the screens were removed for cleaning. The prior homeowner had never had the screens cleaned and Eli was concerned about the build up of dirt/dust, but he was able to clean the screens very well. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. I will definitely hire him again.
