+ -1 moreWe pay them so much a year, and they're more like an insurance company. We've been using them for like 10 years. We've never had any termites so I don't know what's going to happen when we do. They may get an A or an F. Very responsive.
Description of Work: They come out and inspect your property any time you want them too for termites.

Description of Work: I had a contractor tell me that I had old termite damage in my deck and that maybe I should call a termite specialist. He came out, was very courteous and quick and having looked over the whole perimeter, said that all I had was dry rot. He says he recommends preventative treatment, especially for older homes and ones with basements, but said I was in no known immediate danger of termites. He didn't charge me for the inspection.

+ -1 moreSealed Boxes with poison were places around the perimeter of the house and checked on occasion for use. Unused boxes were then moved to better locations. Haven't seen a rat in months!
