Technicians always call before coming, are always courteous and polite and knowledgable, and often do more than what they are required to do. Omar has been our technician the last few times, and he exemplifies all of the things I just described.

When Chris P. arrived, he was very professional, kind, and polite. I'm very particular and not easily impressed with most pest control companies and I had never been home during any previous services. I noticed that Chris was very generous with the application of the pest control products (both granular and liquid) and was also very impressed with his thoroughness. But the main reason I've been so happy with Bulwark is that I rarely see any pests! After all, that's what "pest control" is all about.

We rely on Bulwark to keep the critters in and around the house to a minimum.....especially scorpions! We love our tech, Austin Munn! He is always friendly, efficient and informative....answering all our questions. Does a great job every month. Texts me if he will be running early, will spray inside when I have seen a scorpion, and gets all the cobwebs/spiders down around the house. Very thorough! I also like that they text me the a day or two before he visits so I know to plan if I want him to spray inside the house and/or garage. Thanks, Austin!
