William was on time and ready to go. He was thorough and when he was done spraying he came back to remove cobwebs he found in the backyard during the treatment. If I ever see any bugs they will send someone out within 48 hours to retreat as many times as it takes to resolve the problem. We have used this company for a few years and have been happy with them.

We have been a customer of Bulwark for 17 years. Over those years we have had many talented young men and women come to our home to perform work. Today we felt that we had to compliment Jarred Slingluff for his excellent care and quality of work that he did. We were so happy with his courtesy and knowledge of the job he was performing. I had had a problem with roaches for awhile and had many techs come out, Sjohn was finally sent my way and what a miracle. Sjohn really took the time to figure out how to FINALLY get rid of the roaches. He has been super dedicated and supportive and informative, it has been such a relief to know he won't stop until I don't see anymore roaches. I really would like Sjohn to be my permanent tech that visits my home. We have had Bulwark for many years and by far he is the best.

Chris Pate, from Bulwark, has been helping to control scorpions and spiders around our house for 3 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful . He gladly answers all questions. Being new to AZ this has been very helpful. Since beginning the service we no longer see any scorpions in or around our house.

Bulwark is a very professional company and they are always here when they say they will be here. Beyond that they give ample notice of when they are coming, which I appreciate due to the fact that I have a large dog and a busy schedule. I would recommend them.

Our house was vacant for about 6 months before we moved in. We had a problem with crickets and black widows and Nicholas A. has been great in helping get rid of them! He has gone above and beyond with every service call! He has done extra treatments to get rid of the black widows around the outside of the house, AND extra treatments both inside and outside to help get rid of these pesky crickets. Nicholas is very professional and friendly with every service call!

Our tech, Austin Munn, has been diligently adjusting our rat control to keep the rat population down. Due to his work, our incidents of rat damage to things like outdoor cords etc. have been dramatically reduced. This is in addition to our normal bi-monthly preventative spraying, with which we remain quite satisfied.

I've used my tech Austin Munn for two years now. He has helped bring my huge infestation of bark scorpions to where seeing one in the house is a rarity. He has been great and Bulwark is awesome - if I see any new signs they get him out within a few days at the most and he resprays everything. I'm hoping the cold this year will result in less scorpions this year but Bulwark has me covered either way!
